Cabin holiday rentals in Sor-Trondelag

Beautiful home in a beautiful place, we felt right at home. It’s full of amenities (games, keyboard, jacuzzi, nice kitchen, lots of outdoor furniture, fireplace indoor+outdoor, dart board, and the boat). It was even just great to hang out in the home due to the great views and cozy spots. We were able to do a great 550m high hike just 7 mins away by car. The host was great, she was very responsive.

This house is really recommended! super friendly and helpful host. Super neat cottage with Sauna and Jacuzzi. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would have done so. We want to come back here more often when we are in the area or book our next trip in Norway. top top top

We had a great stay, wonderful lake view, very quiet, places to walk or just hang out. The main city is 20 minutes drive from the cabin but not a big deal. The only things it would be “nice to have” would be add a door locker to bathroom and wifi connection. Other than that….perfect place!

We were at Helene's house for Christmas. We felt welcome right from the start. The house was warm and lit, so we could immediately admire the beautiful ambience. Helene has lovingly furnished and decorated everything. We also liked her self-painted pictures. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you need for a cozy stay. The big highlight is the hot tub with panoramic views. The surroundings are very quiet and nice for walking. THANK YOU for this relaxed and restful stay!

The cottage Eldorado and our stay in Hessdalen was exactly what we hoped. The cabin is a dream for anyone looking for a quiet, cozy and incredibly enjoyable break. We immediately felt at home and everything described was there to find and more. Trine and Ronny were very helpful and made our stay unforgettable. We can only recommend a stay in this beautiful accommodation in Norway.

Nice cabin with a beautiful area. Quite private if the cabins around are not frequented. Bring proper boots. It can get very wet from the car to the cabin :)

Very friendly lady, check-in went smoothly. The accommodation was very clean and completely sufficient. The location is very idyllic and quiet. In the morning after getting up, two moose were standing behind the property on the meadow. I can only recommend the accommodation and would book there again at any time.

We had our best Christmas holidays ever at Thor's ! He is such an amazing and welcoming hosts. The fact that this is his house is truly amazing and makes it even more welcoming. The boat house is fully equipped and we had amazing activities on the ocean, even in December. Thor really went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. Thank you so much

A cozy cabin, with all the expected modern amenities for a comfortable stay. A perfect combination of modern with traditional Norwegian woodwork. Easy to find and access, even still in the midst of amazing and peaceful surroundings. Great for visiting Røros and enjoying the nature. The cabin was decorated for Christmas, a pleasant & nice surprise. Thomas is a great host that greeted us in person and gave us a lot of local tips , as well as helped out with parking in Røros city. Can totally recommend Røros, this cabin and Thomas & Co as hosts 💯

Linn's place is truly the perfect mountain retreat! The cabin is beautiful, the location is stunning and the view is incredible. We initially planned on staying a week but then extended our trip because we just didn't want to leave! It's also worth noting you'll feel right at home here. The beds are comfortable, the house is cozy and has everything you need! We will certainly be back next winter to explore more of the ski trails and mountains just beyond the front door! comfortable, peaceful place. good exercise opportunities nearby. we got good advice. the cottage corresponded to the description, good beds, clean. good value for money. possibility to sauna and swim in the river.

We had a great time at Julian’s place ! Ideal to take a break from the busy world. The location is outstanding and the hut cozy and clean. On top we enjoyed kayaking, fishing as well as a barbecue on the terrace with a stunning view 🤗 Thank you for the great experience !

Great location, great house (much better than shown in the photo). Too bad that no bedding and Wi-Fi is offered - but it is also clearly stated in the listing, still awkward when traveling by plane. Clear recommendation for this place, it's great!!!

Beautiful modern well-maintained and equipped property in idyllic surroundings next to woodland with easily walkable trails into the centre of Isfjorden. Plenty of comfortable space inside and out for cooking, eating and relaxing and very comfortable beds. Note that there is only one bathroom. We were 3 adults but I imagine if 9 people staying it might be an issue. Morning and evening birdsong and wildflowers were magical. Views from the terrace were spectacular and would definitely recommend and return here again. We travelled without a car and found it easy to access everything we wanted to by bus and on foot.

Seemed a bit smaller than in the photos, but great location (at the end of the dirt road, quiet, beautiful, close to hiking area,...) and pleasantly decorated (though little light)….
