Simple, small apartment in Fauske which is peacefully located in the immediate vicinity of the train station, Europavei 6 (E6) and most of what a nature lover can wish for; Bodø, with everything it can offer (city life, mountain trips, ferry to Lofoten and Kjerringøy), is 45 minutes away (train/bus/car) Sulitjelma and Junkerdal National Park are half an hour's drive away, while Straumen and Rago National Park are about a quarter of an hour's drive away. Here you can find everything from fishing waters to hiking trails into the mountains and towards Sweden.

Nice hiking trails right from the cabin door, and with 5-20 min by car you will find both sandy beach, fantastic ski slopes and a variety of mountain peaks in magnificent nature. There are very good sun conditions on the plot, and with little light pollution in the area there are great chances to see the northern lights in winter. From the parking lot at RV80 there is about 900 m to walk along the footpath and forest road in small natural terrain.

Relax with the whole family in this little oasis. Short distance from the city (Bodø) with great opportunities for hiking, fishing or just enjoying the views and observing the wildlife. Good with space for children, with amazing climbing trees and several natural playgrounds. There is electricity and summer water, urinal and incineration toilet. Drinking water is to be brought, but we make sure that there are several liters available upon arrival. However, please note that there is no shower here. Parking a short walk from the cabin.

A small local shop about 3.5 km away, limited opening hours. Fine hiking areas. About 300 m to the ski slope. Driving distance to Hamarøy, Steigen and Rago National Park.

Her kan du ta på deg toppturskiene og gå til toppen av Kistrandryggen (900 m.o.h) og kjøre ned til hytta. Nydelig havutsikt fra stue og en stor terasse med pergola. En nylig innredet vedfyrt badstue og utedusj er å finne i hyttas tidligere verksted. Om sommeren kan vi friste med en av regionens mest populære badestrender kun tre minutter unna i bil.

Have fun with the whole family in this stylish accommodation. The accommodation is located in Kjerringøy approx. One hour's drive from the airfield in Bodø. In the immediate vicinity (about 20 minutes walk) is the Kjerringøy Rorbusenter. If necessary, you can have dinner or take boat trips here. The entire area invites you to long hikes or bike tours. Fishing enthusiasts will also find their fun. Hiking map can be found in the accommodation.

The "Sletn" mountain cabin

The mountain cabin "Sletn" is located in Sjunkhatten National Park and gives you a unique opportunity to experience the silence, relax or explore the fishing waters and mountain areas around you, summer and winter. There is a short walk, but it is worth the 25-45 minute trip.
