Beachfront holiday rentals in Sotra

We had a wonderful time at Turid’s cabin. Truly incredible space, comfortable and cozy. Lots of things to do inside and outside the house. We rented one of the boats and had a beautiful couple of days out on the fjord. Turid and Audun also gifted us some very fresh eggs from their farm, were available at all times and helped us with recommendations and any questions we had. We loved it. We will return. A very magical place. 10/10

På en god sommerdag skal man lete lenge etter et mer idyllisk sted!

We loved our stay at Johanne’s place. The apartment itself was very chic and cozy and was outfitted with everything we need. We especially loved: - the dock and outdoor furniture - the rowboat to explore the surrounding area and take advantage of our long nights - the very helpful instructions and recs from our hosts - the truly incredible Thai takeaway restaurant literally next door Take note that the spot is pretty close to a main roadway so you will hear cars passing by at a distance. Overall though, the space and hosts were amazing and we’d definitely come back!

Arne's place has the most beautiful views of the ocean and that alone makes it worth every penny! My family and I made so many precious memories.And even with such a gorgeous ocean view it is still very conveniently located near a big Kiwi supermarket. House is very cozy and well equipped in every way. 2 sets of BBQ pits, well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. I will definitely recommend staying at Arne's house if you are in Bergen, to me and my family his house was the highlight of our holiday in Bergen.

Im schönen Häuschen von Anders kann man bei jeder Wetterlage wunderbare Tage verbringen. Ein toller Blick auf den See, ein kleines Boot, eine ruhige Nachbarschaft, eine gut ausgestattete Küche - es ist einfach alles da was das Herz begehrt.

Emplacement exceptionnel, vue sur le fjord, les bateaux et les montagnes sur l'autre rive. La petite plage privée et le ponton sont un atout extraordinaire dont petits et grands ont grandement profité. Le jardin et la chambre dans le chalet annexe sont aussi un plus. La maison est parfaitement conforme à la description et aux photos. Elle est bien équipée, confortable et lumineuse. Nous y avons passé une très bonne semaine au calme et à l'écart de la foule. L'idéal est de disposer d'une voiture ; le supermarché le plus proche est à 10 minutes.

Wir waren (leider) nur eine Nacht in der Hütte - aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eben eine Hütte, wie man sie sich vorstellt, nur mit allem Komfort, den man sich denken kann. Zwei getrennte Schlafräume, die durch die dazwischen liegende Küche nochmals getrennt waren. Ein Kühlschrank mit Gefrierteil, eine voll eingerichtete Küche und ein Wohnzimmer mit kuscheliger Couch. Draußen eine schöne Terrasse und eine Grillecke. Das gesamte Grundstück liegt oberhalb der Straße, man ist also sehr privat. Alles in allem ein Traumhaus für einen Kurzurlaub. Vielen Dank und hoffentlich bis bald mal wieder.

No tiene un acceso fácil porque hay que caminar desde el parking, pero las instrucciones eran muy claras con fotos de todo. Fue muy fácil acceder así. Todo limpio y cumple con todo lo que anuncia. Responde rápido. Lugar precioso!

Our family had a truly wonderful time during our stay. The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The property and surroundings offered amazing views and was extremely quiet and peaceful. The property was perfectly located for our family to enjoy the tranquility of the location as well as close enough to the city for activities. Ole Petter was a wonderful host, always responsive to any questions we had and more than happy to provide recommendations to help us enjoy our stay.

We had a really relaxing stay at the cabin with the nicest view :) Marius was very precise and detailed in his descriptions and always open for any questions - in total great communication. An amazing opportunity if you are around Bergen to spend a rainy fall weekend where you just want to read your book while looking out the window seeing a wavy sea and colorful trees around but probably even nicer in the summer when you can dip more often into the water and spend most of the time at the balcony. Anders is een perfecte gastheer die behulpzaam is en zeer flexibel is. De boot en zelfs de Hengels mocht ik gebruiken (boot zoals aangegeven tegen een vergoeding). Prachtige locatie voor wandelingen en (voor mij vooral) vissen (kabeljauw, pollak, Leng, pijlinktvis, schar en zelfs een haai).

Austevoll er et fantastisk sted i seg selv ut i hav gapet. Leiligheten ligger rett ved de fasilitetene som var beskrevet i annonsen. Mette var en flott vært som viste oss hvordan vi kunne komme til de rette stedene vi behøvde. Selv om vi var forsinket i over 1 time pga feil ferjebåt så sto hun og ventet på oss. Supert opphold. Ledigheten ligger noen meter fra vannet med nydelig utsikt ut mot havet.

Sehr gemütliches Haus mit allem was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schöner Blick über den See und die Berge. Ruhig. Kommunikation mit Linn läuft schnell und reibungslos. Man kann wandern, grillen oder die Feuerschale entzünden. Mit dem Auto sind es ca. 40 Minuten bis Bergen Zentrum.

Veronica’s home was beautiful and more than described. Even with somewhat rainy weather we enjoyed her home fully. Our 5 year old daughter was ready to move in after only one day 😂 with all of the fun both inside and outside the space. The house is beautifully lived in and loved. The views and hosts were top notch.

What a beautiful location. Perfect as a home base for enjoying hikes nearby or just relaxing on the deck. We were very happy with this cabin. It was well equipped and comfortable! Thank you Karoline!

We spent a weekend at the apartment and felt very comfortable there :) The flat was very clean, the interior very cozy and the kitchen had everything you might need. In the bedrooms the blinds make it very dark at night, which is very helpful in the summer. We also really appreciated the calm surroundings, perfect for hiking!

We had a wonderful stay ! The cottage was super equipped . The location was ideal whether for fishing or sitting comfortably on the pier . The hosts are super friendly and accommodating! We would have liked to spend more time there and would love to come back again.

Wir haben die Aussicht der FW sehr genossen. Der Blick war einfach traumhaft. Bergen ist eine quirlige Stadt, in der es viel zu entdecken gibt. Auch kann man dort prima wandern.

Spent 4 nights at the cottage after a hectic / wonderful 10 days traveling from Stockholm via the fjords to Bergen. Siri was a wonderful host and it was the perfect relaxing way to end to our holiday before heading home to kids, work and life! The cottage was cozy, charming and had everything we needed, but what really stood out was its location nestled right on the waters edge surrounded by nature. Would thoroughly recommend the cottage to couples, families and close friends that want to spend a few days enjoying the peaceful environment. Can't wait to visit one day again.

Staying at Martin‘s was an absolute repeatable experience! We probably will come back 😃 A modern, cozy home with an absolute beautiful view. The balcony invites you to relax. The lighting and sound setup was easy to understand, modern and absolutely satisfying! The kitchen has everything you are looking for when it comes to cooking and keeping your wine tempered. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom big and clean. Especially the little nooks with the color lighting were the highlight of our 7 year old! Martin is always quick to respond with questions and if needed with useful tips and always very friendly. We absolutely recommend this apartment!!! P.S.: Norwegian gin and beer is very good! 😉
