Very nice house ideally located in Carcans Plage, close to the beach and shops, with both a garden lounge and a large outdoor table to enjoy the sun. Thierry is very nice and welcoming, go without hesitation!

Very cute little town apartment, really close to the center and a stone's throw from the beach. The little extra is the pleasant terrace with curtains to shelter from the sun. We had a pleasant stay and the host responded very quickly

Very nice, very bright apartment, in the very center of Royan (we were happy to be there when the weather was dreary! it was convenient). It's easy to park nearby in April. Well equipped apartment and very nice bathroom. The double key is always appreciated in the absence of a lockbox. Very nice host.

Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

We had a pleasant stay at Émilie and Jean-Marc's. They were welcoming and available. The accommodation is as described, very well furnished, and very clean. The outdoor area is simply splendid, a perfect setting for relaxation, ideal for recharging your batteries. Special mention to the pool, which is a significant asset. We'll be happy to go back!

A fantastic appartement with gorgeous views and everything as described! The location can’t be beaten right in the centre and the balcony is gorgeous. I was nervous about there only being a sofa bed but it was a pretty comfy one. There is a very very noisy bar underneath the apartment which is annoying when it’s hot and you need to leave the windows open. The fan helped! Overall I think it’s a great apartment for a few nights and great value.

A fantastic property with plenty of room to be comfortable and relax fully. The outdoor space is fantastic for groups and provides both daytime and evening capacity. The inside of the house is nicely turned out and offers plenty of room for even larger groups; kid-friendly too. The only frustration with the property was the outdoor shower by the pool, which didn't work properly. However, as we had one of the bedrooms spare (which was by the pool), we could get the kids washed off there instead. The local area is beautiful and wonderfully peaceful; enough amenities to be self-sufficient in the house, as well as enough restaurants and evening venues nearby if you want to venture out. Overall, a wonderful place and a wonderful property - merci beaucoup Joulia!!

Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. It's close enough to everything, St Palais, Royan and Palmyre are just minutes from Jean-Pierre's. Thank you Jean-Pierre for your hospitality and kindness, we will recommend your accommodation! We had a fantastic holiday with our two young kids. The accommodation has really everything for a super comfortable and laidback stay as a family. From outdoor kitchen to swimming pool, hammock and quiet, dark bedrooms. Everything is present. With the sea, the lake and the forests within walking and cycling distance, it is a perfect location for balance in terms of peace and activity. We recommend this! The apartment is perfectly equipped and clean. It is very well located while being quiet. It is a perfect base for discovering the city of Royan and its surroundings while enjoying excellent services. The bedding is also excellent quality! Finally, the communication of the entry and departure procedures was very clear.

We had a very pleasant stay, Celine gave us all the instructions and information in advance, very pleasant communication. The house is very cozy, perfect for us 4 (2 adults and 2 small children). Ideal location 5min from Lacanu beach, quiet and green under the pine trees. Recommended!

Very pleasant stay, we were greeted by Romain on our arrival, very friendly, friendly and very helpful host. the accommodation is very functional and equipped to accommodate families with a baby and children which is really a big plus. We had a great weekend at Claire's. The accommodation was very clean, very well equipped, and nothing was missing. There was even air conditioning. The bedding is of good quality. The accommodation is very warm. The beach is less than 50 m away and the city center is within walking distance. Very easy to park with a large parking lot. The accommodation itself is nice, quiet, well-equipped for a pleasant time. In addition, located 300 meters from the ocean and restaurants in a forest setting. Great! I recommend it. Very nice house and very nice hosting. Sophie is super responsive. And available. The good weather was not at the rendezvous but we were able to make the most of the garden and surroundings The beach is a few minutes' walk away and the city center is 20 minutes. Beautiful week Alain

Like home 😊 The perfect place to feel comfortable in Montalivet and discover everything on foot - beaches, market, restaurants, shops, pharmacy - everything. We were lucky and were able to stay longer than planned (12 instead of 7 days) in the accommodation of Claire and François - everything as described, just perfect for my wife, our son and me. We had a wonderful holiday at Sandy and Patrick's lovely house. Communication was seamless, and instructions were accurate. They took care to provide us with great recommendations that undoubtedly made our stay even more enjoyable. The proximity to the beach and the popular coffee Baine added a touch of magic to this trip.
