Tranquil & modern studio w/ loft located 90 min fm Yosemite, w/private garden patio & EV car charging stn, in a Foothill neighborhood. We’re sorry, but we cannot accept children. The space is a clean, quiet, studio w/ kitchen, queen sized bed, futon couch, bathroom with a rain shower head, & sleeping loft. It's stocked with luxurious throws, linens, and towels. We are a LGBT family. We speak Spanish & have traveled extensively & lived internationally. We welcome you to our peaceful retreat!

Newly renovated (2018) above garage loft with its own private entrance via a spiral staircase. Large deck w/ outdoor seating, bathroom & small kitchenette w/ microwave/mini fridge/keurig (NO stove/oven). Above garage loft is attached to our main house via a staircase w/ locked door. We are 90min to Yosemite entrance GATE, 135min to Valley Floor *depending on traffic: summer = busier. Peak hour park reservations may be required. 35 min. to Pinecrest Lake & Dodge Ski. 7 min. to Black Oak Casino

The Studio at Lavender Lane, Gold Country

Located in the historic Gold Country near the towns of Sonora and Columbia Ca. Very quiet, relaxing, close to many recreation areas. Tourists and adventure destinations nearby include Yosemite, Columbia State Park, Railtown St. Park, Big Trees St. Park, Black Oak Casino, Ski Dodge Ridge. Enjoy shopping or dining out at the many nearby shops and restaurants in Sonora, Jamestown and Columbia, all 5 minutes away. 1 new Queen size bed, 1 sofa/ fold out Queen bed. Very comfortable and clean.

Welcome to Haven in the Trees! I am grateful to share my little piece of joy with you and yours. You will be staying in a lovely warm comfortable studio complete with a wee fridge, microwave and all you need to enjoy a light meal. You can relax outside on a private deck absorbing the sounds and sights of nature or you can take a five minute walk into the quaint village of Twain Harte where you can enjoy an espresso, many delicious restaurants and unique shops. Come stay at this rustic, unique, hand sculpted cob earth house in the heart of the gold country surrounded by wilderness. The house is magical inside and out, with unique curved walls and ceilings, facing a seasonal pond and home to much wildlife. Sit outside at night under the Milky Way, watching shooting stars and listening to toads in the pond. Please note the bedroom is upstairs, the bathroom is down an external staircase. There is no oven.

This self contained space is part of our home, but is a separate building right next to the house. There's a well lit hallway to your private entrance. It's one large room with an enclosed bathroom. There's a shower, toilet and vanity. No tub. There's a queen size bed, 6' couch, dining table/chairs and fridge. You can BBQ and use the patio table. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and starry nights from comfy seats on the deck.
