Beautiful, spacious (90m²), double height, beamed property. The property has 2 generous bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath and shower) and a large open plan living area.) The 38 m2 cottage has a very large terrace. Chairs and table outside, deckchairs available. Gas barbecue. For 3 or 4 people, opening of a connecting bedroom (20 m2) with a 160 x 200 bed. The house is located in a quiet area, on the edge of the town of Montendre on the edge of the meadows. It has a large garden and a secure summer pool. It is spacious, ideal for families with its floor dedicated to teens. Montendre is a nice little town located about sixty kilometers from interesting cities: Bordeaux, Cognac, Angoulême, Saintes, Royan. Montendre has a lake that offers various activities: beach, walks, water sports.

Our cottage is located in the heart of the Côtes de Blaye wine region. The fully equipped house has many advantages (outdoor space, Jacuzzi, terrace, bar area with barbecue...) The cottage has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, with the possibility of installing a 3rd sleeping area, double bed, in the main room). The house is located on its own private land. 5 km from the A10 highway.
