I had a great time at this apartment in Sousse. The apartment was spotless, very clean, well maintained and as described, and also of very good standing. It is conveniently located for enjoying the town. The residence is quiet and secure, with a parking space always available, which is a real plus. The host was particularly welcoming and attentive, and his father was also very kind and helpful. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and worry-free stay. Thank you Walid.

I highly recommend it. I was very lucky to have a place to stay here. The Medina and Louage bus terminals are 7 to 8 minutes away by taxi and no more than 4 to 5 TND (dinars). I stayed here for 8 days and took the Van called Louage to Kairouan, which is an hour away, and El Djem went. Monastir, which takes less than 30 minutes, has been there twice. The facilities were also perfect. Cleanliness, cleanliness, and condition were perfect, and the two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, and kitchen were all usably spacious. There are a total of 3 beds, all of which are large beds close to the king size, and the beds felt like home. There were two of us, but there was plenty of room and space for six of us. The kitchen tools were also perfectly equipped. It is very delicate and meticulously prepared without any regrets. All the facilities are better equipped than the photos show. Above all, what really touched us is the great hospitality of the hosts couple. I can not list them all. The response to questions or requests was also very quick. It is fast at almost lightning-like speed. Anyway, if you stay here, you will fully understand what I'm saying. In addition, the famous restaurants recommended by the host Nabil are less than 100m away. The price was also very reasonable. Having traveled around the world for 7 years and traveled to over 50 countries and 500 cities, I am convinced that this place is the best of the best. It goes above and beyond just value for money. I can confidently recommend that the host Nabil is the best host, including the location or facilities. Next time I come to Sousse, I will definitely stay here again.

The place was amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It was clear and tidy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, not far from the beach, which allowed us to enjoy some lovely walks along the shore. A great host, friendly and accessible. We had an exceptional family stay in Sousse in this beautiful villa! 🌴 The house is perfect for hosting a family: spacious, clean, well thought out, and the private pool made both young and old happy. Everyone was able to find their space, rest, have fun and fully enjoy the quiet and pleasant setting. A huge thank you to Hamdouch, our host, for his availability, kindness and hospitality. He was present without being intrusive, always ready to answer our questions or advise us on the region. A real plus that made our stay even more serene and enjoyable. It's rare to feel so welcome. We leave with wonderful family memories, and it's certain: we will return in chaa Allah. It was really good and clean and close to the sea and can accommodate many people and a big space

Apartment was as described, the only drawback was, but the wifi was indicated in the listing, but there was none. Allegedly an Airbnb error. There were plenty of cooking utensils. Apartment itself was clean, however, the toilet was a bit uncomfortable and had to be cleaned upon arrival. The washing machine showed error in some programs so that you could only wash the clothes in a rapid program for 14 minutes. We were still very satisfied all in all. Outside the tourist corner and yet everything quickly accessible by car. 3 minutes walk to the stand. The sea could also be seen from the balcony.

Very nice accommodation, very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, the pool on the roof is beautiful! I recommend it!

I’ll give Yacine’s place 5 stars for everything, kids enjoyed the pools and the water park, bedding very comfortable, private parking, quiet neighborhood and safe. We used the beach from the hotel next door and paid only 6 euros. We will definitely go back
