Detached Studio/Grange

Detached Studio with a small ensuite, outside hot tub, and private access. Secure undercover parking adjacent to the studio. Provisions for a light breakfast included. We offer a picturesque location just 900 mts from the beach and cafes, in the heart of beautiful Grange, with the train a 5 min walk away - 20 mins to CBD. The studio is equipped with a mini fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, and microwave - there is no oven - but please feel free to use the BBQ for cooked meals.

The Writer's Studio, Barossa

Perfect for one or two people, The Writer's Studio is fully self-contained. It has a really comfortable and firm inflatable queen bed. Away from the main house, it opens out onto a small orchard. This is a quiet oasis you can enjoy in between exploring all the Barossa has to offer. It has dining and sitting areas as well as a reading nook in the loft. It has a sofa which can open out for a child if necessary. Or we can set up another inflatable bed in the loft, accessed by a loft ladder.

It boasts a brand new kitchen with electric cooktop and microwave/convection oven and brand new bathroom/laundry with toilet, shower and washing machine (2019). It is best suited to singles or couples. Maximum two adults. Can accommodate young babies. Reverse cycle AC ensures your stay will be a cosy one whatever the weather. Access is available to a sparkling in-ground swimming pool, surrounding entertainment area and BBQ.

Self contained new studio apartment (cabin) located in Tulka, 8km south of Pt Lincoln. The cabin overlooks our pool area, with our house on one side and a native veg roadside on the other. It is private and has its own access. There is access to the seafront within metres and free use of kayaks is included. Located in a peaceful and naturally beautiful area, very close to national park, walking, beaches, fishing, mountain bike trials and many other tourist attractions.
