Villa holiday rentals in South Australia

We loved this place. Short walk to Glenelg pier and beach. Down quiet street but only about 70 m from Jetty Rd. Many cafes, restaurants etc within very short walk. House is an old home beautifully renovated and had everything provided in the kitchen that we could possibly need. No stairs so very suitable for older folks. Shower also was very accessible. Also great off street parking.

We enjoyed a two-night stay at Cabn over the Easter long-weekend. The cabin is well furnished for guests to be self-sufficient, and the location is private and peaceful, with lots of wildlife (kangaroos, sheep, birds, etc.). However, Cape St Albans has less within driving distance compared to other areas of Kangaroo Island, and for this reason, we recommend only staying two-nights.

The house was fantastic, possibly my only concern as an older lady the glass coffee table we put things on each corner so we knew where it was.

This is a great location by the Torrens in a peaceful street. Its a new well appointed townhouse and really pleasant. Good air-conditioning. Elegant stays is a great and well organized host

We had a lovely stay at Cargo Villa. It is obvious that the owners take real pride in the place. The place was immaculate with towels, tea and coffee and everything you need for your stay. The kids loved kayaking on the lake. Our first night there, we even checked to see if we could book and extra night, but it was already booked out. Highly recommend for families.

We loved staying here and found it really quiet and private. The house is very comfortable and easy to relax in. It was easy to cook in the kitchen and enjoy a few meals out on the patio overlooking the beautiful garden. The bedding was like being in a hotel and I slept super well with lovely block out curtains. The lounge was really comfortable and great to catch up on some Netflix shows and just relax. Toui has really done a great job to make this a lovely stay.

I recently stayed at whispering vines retreat Airbnb, and it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, I could tell that the host had put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming and comfortable space. The location is perfect and conveniently located. It was easy to explore the area, and I loved how close everything was, yet the neighborhood remained peaceful and quiet at night. The property itself is beautifully maintained. The living room, kitchen, bedrooms, etc. was cozy and inviting, with modern furnishings and tasteful decor. It felt like a home away from home. Michelle’s was an amazing host! Communication was quick, and very accommodating with check-in/check-out times. Even provided a list of local recommendations, which helped us find some great spots to eat and visit. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Whether you’re visiting for a short trip or a longer stay, this Airbnb is the perfect choice. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend.

Yael and Robert provided a gorgeous eco retreat on an amazing section of Kangaroo Island. All the local goodies and recommendations given was amazing. Super attentive and responsive throughout our whole stay. The villa was a great location for ‘home base’ to explore the island from. Lots of wildlife can be seen from the villa. Some special treats were a koala only one metre off the ground as well as a kangaroo with its Joey. Would definitely stay again!

The best Airbnb so far!! What a view. A must to book - don’t hesitate. Every morning my daughter and I would watch the family of Blue Wrens forage the garden and count how many frogs we could find in the pond. A place to reconnect with nature and switch off. We didn’t feel the need to leave once our entire stay.

This is an outstanding property. The quality of the fit out is extremely high. We had wet cold weather which the property was ideally suited to with the fire raging and a glass of red. You will need a car as it’s not walking distance to Angaston township. But I would highly recommend this place to stay with good friends or family

We loved our stay - the house was immaculate and every small detail had been considered to make us feel comfortable and welcome. It was a truly memorable weekend. Definitely 5 stars!

'The Nest' is a beautiful place to stay, not only for the stunning views but the amenities and finishes of the place were absolutely gorgeous and luxurious. We felt comfortable immediately. It is a perfect base for a few days of exploring KI while providing the perfect amount of relaxation after some exploring (or even just for a whole day of rest). We'd love to come back in the winter sometime to rug up near the fire with a good coffee from the coffee machine while enjoying more of the view.

Inspiring decor and surroundings. Casa del mar was a gorgeous getaway for my family and I with all the essential amenities. We spent the weekend admiring the interiors, layout and view. There’s lot to do, we played pool, finska, puzzles, went on walks and watched movies at night. We hope to be back again

Our family stayed at Lapito House to celebrate Christmas and it was everything we wished for. The accommodation feels luxurious and the location is magical. We spent hours relaxing and enjoying each other’s company on the front deck, which overlooks rolling hills, farm animals and wonderful wildlife. Pia is an excellent host and we felt extremely welcome.

We absolutely loved our stay! It had all the space we needed and it was clean and private. Beds were very comfy, kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed and the welcome platter was so lovely and much appreciated. We will definitely be staying here again! Thanks Ange!

The Retreat was everything as described and more. The bed and couch were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the villa was elegant and modern and the surroundings were so serene. It was the perfect little hideaway in the Adelaide hills for our Easter long weekend escape. The heated pool was used a lot, the windy roads around The Retreat were magnificent to drive on and it was easy to get in and out of the villa. Bridget responded quickly when I had questions and I felt very at home during my stay. It was especially nice to have the fireplace going on our coldest night. Overall, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone who needs a restful holiday.

Lovely area, lots for the kids to do and safe. Close to the beach and a lovely walk along the beach to the Life Saving Club. House was nice but provisions in the kitchen very basic. We had a lovely weekend.

A Beautiful location, very clean, family friendly and lots to do to keep the kids entertained ie, onsite pools and play equipment. Short drive to coastal beaches and Main Street of Normanville.

He provided clear instructions ahead of our stay It is walking distance from the Normanville SLSC which was great for brunch and a swim The games room was a feature with numerous hotly contested games of pool Highly recommend checking this place out
