Apartment holiday rentals in South Bank, South Brisbane

Thanks for a wonderful stay! Adrian's place is just far enough of the main streets to be quiet and peaceful, with a great balcony, clean, and modern. Well stocked kitchen if you like to cook, laundry, and fast Wi-Fi to make extended stays & a bit of work more comfortable. Close enough to restaurants, shopping, groceries, and attractions that you could easily stay without a car and not run out of things to do. Walkable around the West End and Southbank neighbourhoods and even into the CBD. Parking space was easy to access (steep entry could be an issue for those with low/sports cars) making this a good central stop to explore around Brisbane and as far as the Sunshine Coast or Gold Coast for day trips. Great for small families or small group of friends. I'll be keeping an eye on this place if I'm back in Brisbane.

Enjoy my stay in this apartment. Really great location and amazing views! Everything I needed for a short stay. I did have trouble locating the lockbox as I think the instructions just had a pic of it and not a name. The sticker was lockbox 57 and not Olivia 57. But was fine once I figured it out. Everything else was great

David and Ellen went above and beyond for our stay. The unit is beautiful and has everything you need for your trip, and their kindness and generosity with their time when orienting us to the space and city was unmatched by anywhere else I have stayed. Had a wonderful stay here for our first time in Brisbane. Chris was extremely accomodating, the space was beautiful and the views from the apartment were stunning. Will definitely be back next time!

Mara is a lovely host. She was very helpful prior to arrival liaising with me about the procedure to check in. The apartment is in a great central location and Mara has provided pretty much everything you need for a shortish stay. The only thing I would warn future guests about is the noise from the street and nearby construction (which is happening 24/7) - which Mara has no control over, obviously. The window in the bedroom has zero sound insulation. So I did need to sleep with earplugs. If you are okay with that, it's an excellent spot to stay. Forewarned is forearmed 😊

Stayed here for about 1.5 weeks for a conference and a few extra days of vacation. Fernanda was really helpful and responsive, the place was comfortable and had everything I needed, and it and it was easy walking distance from lots of fun stuff. Highly recommend!

Had a lovely stay at Nicolas apartment, the apartment is located very close to shops, restaurants and everything else you need. Apartment has everything you'll need for your stay including clothes washing facilities, hairdryer and much more. View was fantastic and the pool and bbq area was on our floor which was a great extra. I would say the pictures on the website don't do the apartment as much justice as it deserves as the apartment and view exceeded expectations!

The location is great and the place is nice, clean and tidy. The host is very responsive. I had some minor issues with the light and blinds, but all resolved promptly.

Very nice and tidy apartment with some nice extras like milk, salt and pepper. It makes a difference. The hosts communicated very well throughout my stay. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lee & Bella's Airbnb and happily recommend this accommodation to others. It was the perfect spot for us with a sensational view of the CBD, and close to restaurants and bakeries. The train station was close by however we found it was within easy walking distance to South Bank attractions and also into the CBD. Communication with our host was always prompt and friendly - being greeted with a thoughtful hand written message was a warm welcome upon our late night arrival.

Can honestly say this was the best stay in an Airbnb we’ve ever had. From start to finish it was excellent, the host explained everything so well and helped us with EVERYTHING. We unfortunately had lost the key on our 2nd night and couldn’t get in, the host explained everything and helped us no end, there was no issue, no stress and no problems. I will DEFINITELY be staying here again and will recommend this place to everyone I can. The apartment is clean and tidy, the furnishings are beautiful and it quite honestly is done to a very high standard. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedding amazing. Location is excellent and everything is at your fingertips. Thank you so much to the host for being so amazing.

South Brisbane stunner is an amazing apartment. couple of blocks to BCEC and fish lane (try julieus you won't be disappointed) and only a couple of blocks from queen Street mall and the casino. If your looking for a place to stay that's clean and affordable look no further... you've found it

My friend and I loved our stay at Ying’s apartment- she was extremely helpful and made the check in and check out process so easy and flexible. Having access to the public spa, sauna, pool and gym was also an added benefit. Can’t wait to revisit next year :)

Carolina was a delight to deal with, I was very comfortable with my stay and it was exactly what I needed. So happy the shops were so close because I forgot a few things it would've been a disaster for my ball I was attending. Would stay again for sure!

We had a great time and the place was really great for our party. I traveled with my family and 2 young children and they slept very well in the room with the twin beds. View was great and two bathrooms were excellent. Very easy to walk to places and get around. I would note that they are doing construction that went through the night while we were there. I would recommend you use a noise machine during the night to drown out the noise. That worked well for us. Thank you for a great place to explore Brisbane from.

The place is clean and comfy, suitable for solo travellers and has easy access to different locations and public transportation. Min is friendly and responds quickly to any question :)

Great place - neat, clean and tidy, great food options in the complex, very convenient access to the city by bus. Undercover secure parking was fantastic. Host was very personable, met me at the property and walked through key things to be aware of. All in all would definitely stay again!

Great location within walking distance to the train station. Clean and tidy with all the amenities required for a longer stay. Easy to get to the city and show grounds. Would recommend.

The location of this stay is awesome, we could walk, public transport or scooter to anything we wanted to see. Close to both Woolies and Coles, plus cafes and restaurants. Very much recommend :)
