Holiday rentals with beach access in South Bethany

Perfect two bedroom place with two decks (front and back). The back deck is perfect for catching up with friends and family. The beach is close and there is a great restaurant on the corner. There is also a wonderful little playground in the neighborhood near the tennis courts. We had a great MDW! Would absolutely stay there again!

Beautiful, clean home that was perfect for vacation for family of 7. Great location with lots to do. We took advantage of the fitness facility, pool, beach, pickle ball, playground, community grills, tram and Sea Colony shops. Caroline was extremely easy to communicate with as she was highly responsive and proactive in providing helpful information. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful views of ocean from large sliding doors to patio! Clean house good value responsive host! Would stay here again.

Highly Recommend! Wonderful experience! Felt like a home away from home (only cleaner, better organized & beautiful decor! Loved the games & shed offerings! Home is spacious with excellent storage. I stayed with my 3 teen girls (I drove & brought a good amount of stuff! -- plenty of room!) We loved the deck! I had overthought this & compared to a million different properties from south to Rehoboth. Grateful I I chose this! The covered deck was incredible. I was nervous about it being covered & about being less private. I had no problems with with privacy on the deck. The deck being covered was amazing. When it rained, could be outside & enjoy. When sunny, still got sun and could have much needed shade. I'm a nature lover -- most incredible moon rise over the ocean, stars & sunrise and more. We ate out there, played games, enjoyed the hammock. Sofa bed is comfortable! The online photos are nice, but don't do justice. Great vibe! Laura is a 5 star Amazing Host! Love to Return Again! TY

Ben was an incredible host - very proactive and thoughtful. We sincerely appreciated the flexibility of being able to drop our bags and use the parking spot before check in time. The apartment was accurately portrayed in the photos but Ben had included many other thoughtful amenities such as cooking supplies, Brita water pitchers, and our favorite was the beach wagon that we didn’t even know we would need. Location was PERFECT! Five minute walk to the beach and all of the popular Dewey bars, shops, and restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!

As my review indicates, they were very responsive. Any issues I had were minimal, but I still mentioned them upon checkout, and the response was very kind and you can tell he wants guests to be comfortable and have everything that they need and the space be clean. Everything is decorated wonderfully. I would definitely stay again in this or one of his other properties

Great place for a stay with 2 parents and a toddler. The bedroom is a great size to fit a Pack n Play/kids bed if necessary. Very easy walk to the ocean. CVS and Wawa right across the street was super convenient. Kitchen was stocked with the basics. TV is set up to stream with Airplay from an iPhone. As the instructions state, don’t forget your own linens, including hand towels for the kitchen and bathroom. We’d gladly be back.

Hall’s Cottage is one of the last places hanging on to the charm of yesteryear in Fenwick Island. It’s great seeing all of the beautiful new homes in Fenwick as you walk the streets, but it was really cool seeing my 10 and 8 year old love the cottage so much. It was perfect for a small active family. Marlene’s instructions were simple and easy to follow and she was a great host. We are looking forward to coming back in August for more fun and relaxation!!!

Laura's place was the perfect stay for my family of four. It was clean and well-organized with games and everything you need for the beach. We loved having breakfast on the screened in porch, listening to the birds! Centrally located, we appreciated the option of traveling by trolley or, by car to the Main area of Bethany Beach. My boys also loved walking to Wawa for slushies :). Thank you Laura for sharing this space with us!

We were in OC for a soccer tournament and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. We found this condo somewhat last minute and couldn’t be happier with the property and all the amenities. Everything we needed was in the property and the management was responsive with our questions. They also provide you dish soap/sponges/laundry pods but had brought my own not knowing (normally, hosts make you bring everything!) so left these for next guests. What a nice touch! I’ll know for the next time! You can literally walk in, relax, and enjoy. Thank you again for hosting us. We’ll see you again soon.

We planned a girl’s weekend trip for Mother’s Day. It was amazing! Luckily for us; it was not quite “beach season” but things were open and we were lucky to experience the different beaches with little traffic and ZERO parking fees. The house was beautiful. Wherever you choose to sit and sip your beverage of choice, you’ll have a beautiful view. The house is spacious and came equipped with some baby essentials that helped lighten our load with packing. Ashlee was very responsive! We really loved this place & hope to return again.

Amy’s friendly and welcoming beach house was the perfect after Labor Day getaway. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials for family meals. The beds were comfortable, and I especially appreciated closets and drawers in all three bedrooms. Plenty of beach chairs and wagon available so no need to bring them . The local Bethany Beach was within walking distance, though after the summer season we found easy parking one block from the water. Great price for a long weekend near the beach after the summer season. Amy was attentive and available. We had no issues at all, and would eagerly book a long weekend again at Amy’s home.

Fantastic place to stay! We had our 11-month old and 3-year old with us, and it was perfect for staying with small kids. Ann provided a pack n play crib, high chair, outlet covers, and a baby gate for the stairs, which was sooo helpful. Everything was super clean and organized and I was so impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen was with good cooking supplies and small appliances. The beach was walkable for adults, but with all our gear and the heat, we drove with the kids—the parking pass helped us get a free spot right by the beach/boardwalk for free anytime we needed! The nature center right across the street has a small, shaded playground and boardwalk to the marsh for exploring. We often walked to DiFebo’s Market (obsessed) for pastries and coffee, then hit the playground or the Assawoman Canal Trail in the morning with the kids. We had fun playing with water toys in the front yard and hanging out on the balcony at night. Whole area & neighborhood very quiet! Would recommend!

A beautiful home in an amazing location. Loved the peaceful and friendly neighborhood and easy beach access. Natalie was super communicative and friendly. She shared clear instructions and great recommendations for things to do nearby.

We had the most amazing stay at Donna’s house! The place was spotless, super cozy, and so stylish, with plenty of room for everyone to kick back and relax. The quiet neighborhood made it the perfect spot to unwind and recharge. We absolutely loved hanging out on the outdoor decks, soaking up the views, and enjoying our morning coffee while watching the gorgeous sunrises over the canal. The screened porch was perfect for unwinding and catching the sunset. The beach was only a short distance away, and the kayaks and SUPs were such a fun way to explore the bay. Donna was an incredible host—always responsive and so helpful throughout our stay. We seriously can’t recommend her beach house enough!

Sea Colony in Bethany is great location convenient to everything beaches have to offer. Appreciated the wheelchair handicap accessible bathroom. Reserved parking right outside main door and easy access to elevator which was a plus. Beds were very comfortable and condo was nicely stocked. PLEASE NOTE: You do have to pay for each person over 4 yrs of age for Sea Colony badge / parking. You do have to bring your own linens. Host was very responsive to all communication.

5 Star accommodations, like new! The kitchen had all of the tools, gadgets, pots, pans to help feel at home. We stayed off season (last week of April). We were the only people in the building. Note: for off season guests, the pool isn't open yet. The beaches, trails, and restaurants all nearby made it easy to explore and then return to relax in comfort. We sat on the deck, hung out by the pond with comfy chairs and enjoyed the sunsets. Our 1 1/2 year old Weim dog settled in nicely. We were grateful for water and food bowls provided. If you're staying with kiddos or friends, there is a hidden gem- lots of games tucked away in the coffee table. What a nice touch! All of the instructions for the home were simple, easy to follow. Note: This condo is on the 2nd floor. Easy for us, but may be difficult for some.

House was very home like. Host was very communicative which made the stay much more easier. Had very clear explanations of everything. We enjoyed ourselves, definitely.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The space was beautiful and great location. There were also so many extra amenities to make it feel like home. The beach view was perfect and so relaxing. Easy beach access which was a plus. We would book this location again.

We had a great trip and love staying in Sea Colony, especially with a young toddler. Access to all of the amenities (and of course the tram) was a hit. The unit was clean and well represented in terms of what was provided and what we needed to bring. Would love to stay again in the future!

My brother and I came down for the OCMD air show which was unfortunately cancelled but luckily we had this place to stay at! The location was great for the two of us and we easily could have had another person, or two, comfortably. You cannot beat waking up to the bay view! Would definitely recommend or stay again for a return trip. Thanks Corey!

Really enjoyed our stay at Stephanie's. Awesome condo that was clean, comfortable and roomy. Wonderful views from Living Room, Balcony and Master Bedroom. Close enough to the water to hear the waves breaking. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Definitely hope to be back!
