There is a queen sleeper in the living room and a full sized folding crib in the bedroom. pa. Towels and sheets are not included. Comfortable seating has a comfortable king bed and TV with cable the kitchenette is custom with a two burner hot plate small refrigerator. There is an ice maker, Keurig coffee maker and both kcups and fresh coffee beans and grinder. The bath has a stall shower. We will have fresh eggs for you from our chickens
