Holiday rentals with beach access in South Boston Waterfront

Graham's place was very enjoyable to stay at! We were very comfortable and everything was very nice.

Shawn's place was conveniently located for us. We were looking for something with on-site free parking, close to the airport and easy city access. This unit checked all the boxes. Well equipped with plenty of linens and extra pillows, blankets and towels if you needed. There was a great coffee/tea selection complete with all sugar varieties and little coffee creamers. There were snacks on hand and also an array of welcome beverages (nice touch). Just around the corner is a small Italian bakery with delicious pastries, sandwiches, salads and coffees. Next door to that shop is a small Spanish bodega that offers a few necessary provisions (we bought items to make BLT's) like milk and sandwich bread. Thankfully it was not hot so we didn't have to use the AC, therefore I can't speak to this but there were fans in each bedroom. Overall, I would recommend, and I would stay again. Thanks for a lovely and comfortable stay!

Wonderful host and good space for a group 4 people

We had a lovely stay at Anna & Milan’s place. The apartment had everything we needed and more. It is a short drive to Boston and right across from a beach. Would love to stay again. Thank you Anna & Milan.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The home is incredibly comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set u. It's perfect for families. There are plenty of games for the kids, the kitchen is well stocked, and the beds are super comfortable. Jon was an exceptional host; he was kind, helpful, and accommodating. He even had milk waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch. We felt truly welcomed and taken care of. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

Susan’s apartment is clean and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. But it’s all about the view! It’s a rare AirBnB that offers such a spectacular ocean view. And we love the whole Cape Anne region. There’s so much to do, but we also enjoyed just relaxing and watching the waves. We had fun playing ping pong! We’re looking forward to coming back.

My husband and I took our 8-year twins on a week-long family vacation to Boston and stayed in Saber's place. It was perfect in every way for our first substantial family trip to a "big city"-- safe, quiet, clean, spacious (the kids loved having separate rooms), equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and internet, and within walking distance to the T, beach, and Luigi's pizza (which we definitely frequented). Saber was kind, hospitable, and responsive. Highly recommend!

How friendly and welcoming! We were greeted by both Mike and his mother from their own spaces upon arrival. The home is so cute and charmingly historic from the exterior and the same way on the interior. The home was very well-stocked with extra thought as to what guests might need or want, and the space was great for our group of 4 adults and 2 teens. The garden/ yard was beautiful with flowers galore and pretty lighting at night. What a great experience!

Clean, spacious common area, privacy.

Basement studio rental was just as pictured. Easy street parking anytime of day and late nights returning from Red Sox games.

I don't know who needs to hear this but....I don't even really want to say all this, I want to gate keep it sooo bad...but for the sake of a 5-star review on Airbnb, I'll do it. Scituate is probably the best kept secret I've ever stumbled on. Then there's this gorgeous beach cottage, (also found by shear luck I guess). I'm a sucker for a well designed home as it is, but this one. Oh, is it cute. Super Cozy in all the best ways, decor is to die for, absolutely every little thing you need already waiting for you. Super comfy beds!! Sleeping arrangements are well done and everyone has plenty of space to spread out. The living area is just on the other side of the den, so it's GREAT to split the kids off to their own space. Neighbors are fun and so kind! Walk to the beach!!!! Literally, you can see it from the driveway. Heather, your host, pretty much the best you can get. All her recommendations were legit!! Ok enough, shhhh, don't tell anyone else about this Scituate Gem!

My family very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful harbor town home. It was clean, spacious, had beautiful views and all the basic amenities you'd hope to have when you're away from home. Jerry was friendly, helpful, and very responsive when we reached out to him. I would absolutely stay here again!

Maggie was excellent & the space was perfect. The photos don’t do it justice. There is a lot of space in the unit. Maggie was so friendly and extremely accommodating. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Salem.

It was our family’s first trip to Boston and we traveled with five people and our goldendoodle. Holly’s place worked out well for us to explore the things we wanted to do in the city. We liked having so much space to spread out! The beds were comfortable and once we learned our way around and used the T we could get to places around the city easily. The parking garage is about a 20 min walk away so that took a bit of planning for us since we drove; however, we were able to get closer street parking for shorter times in the day to load and unload our vehicle. We packed our time full of activities and there was so much to explore! We felt safe walking around here and would certainly recommend it!

David and Jessica were wonderful hosts and very prompt in responding to any questions we had. My mom and sister and I had a great time and loved all of the recommendations for local restaurants that were within walking distance. The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable- would absolutely stay again or recommend to others!

Phyllis was the perfect host: friendly, responsive, and clear in her directions to find and get in the house. The unit was clean and cozy. We slept well during our stay, because of the quiet surroundings, comfortable bed, and air conditioning, which we only needed on the first night (otherwise, there’s a nice breeze that flows through the unit). For us, it was the perfect location, being close to family who live in JP, and we hope to stay there again!

This was an awesome place for my daughter, her family and I to spend time sightseeing Boston while also letting the kids (and ourselves) relax with some beach time. Access to the Boston sights was easy with our rental car, though I think we could have done it well using the “T” which is a 10 minute walk. The house is giant, and the bedrooms on the upper level allowed the grandpa (me) to go to sleep at a reasonable hour while the kids hung on the lower level. The kitchen has all we needed to cook, though there are restaurants a short walk or a drive. One thing that I loved was that the place was spotless clean and NONE of the little things like loose knobs or broken shades. Oh, and a giant washer/dryer made cleaning up after the beach easy. I consider this the best of the AirBnB homes I’ve visited.

This was such a charming place in a wonderful location. Griffin and Carolyn were responsive and took really good care of us. They are great hosts who we highly recommend and would book with again!

Stayed at Andrew's place in Boston for 3 nights to attend a Sox game and a couple nights of concerts. No parking at the house but Andrew was perfect in describing where I can park a short 2 blocks away. It's about 2-3 miles from anything you'd want to do in the city....Fenway Park, the Aquarium and waterfront etc....easy 10 minute drive (city traffic). The place had everything you'd need, was clean as a whistle and Andrew was super quick to respond with anything I asked, whether it was about parking, nearby places to eat, etc....he really was right on top of everything. I don't really go to Boston for much but if I find myself there again I'll definitely be looking at Andrew's place as my first choice!

Quintessential New England historic experience. It’s. It every day one get to stay in the home of a Revolutionary War Navel Captain, let alone one that fought a pivotal battle on the Hannah. The home, while over 200 years old is cozy, clean with just enough modern features to Make it comfortable and convenient. The manager, Rachel is responsive, pro-active and a delight to deal with.

Fantastic spot in South Boston!! Clean, spacious, within walking distance of so many great restaurants! Would 100% recommend and stay there again!!

Kristen’s space was clean, comfortable and located perfectly! The generous supply of towels was appreciated as were the great selection of beverages and snacks. Parking was provided in an area where parking space is limited and we enjoyed walking to many lovely parks and shops. A wonderful grocery store is nearby with a marvelous selection of fresh seafood, meats, vegetables and fruits; an exceptional group of oils, spices and gourmet treats are available too! Lovely trip back to Marblehead for my granddaughter’s graduation. This home was comfortable and great care taken to provide more than the basics making it welcoming and like home!
