House holiday rentals in South Bristol

This was the perfect home base for exploring various parts of the Maine coast. Beds were comfy, and each room had a wall unit to make it the temperature you like. Our kids loved being upstairs in the 3 beds room and having their own space. WiFi worked great, and that was with 7 of us on it doing various things - adults working, kids streaming. Would definitely stay here again.

This was one of the most memorable places I have ever lived at! The property is huge, well maintained and just a perfect getaway spot with the right amount of amenities. Will definitely recommend this place 10/10 to anyone visiting Acadia National Park.

We had a wonderful stay at John’s place, house was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a month stay. Private and beautiful surroundings, responsive and friendly host, and a great location to explore Maine and the upper east coast. Memories to last a lifetime! Would recommend anyone wanting to enjoy to coast of Maine to stay here and have a great time, so much to see and do. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

The house was spotless and centrally located for what we wanted to do in southern Maine. It was well stocked with quality toilet paper, napkins and Kleenex. We had plenty of towels for the hot tub and pool. It is updated and well taken care of. The hosts were extremely helpful and we didn’t see them at all, so the place felt very private. This was an amazing house and our kids had so much fun in the pool and playing corn hole on the large deck. Would recommend this house for families and couples in a heartbeat!

I had a wonderful stay., they were fantastic in accommodations for me and my service dog who loved the yard. The home is beautiful and the host was very accommodating. communication was great. I look forward to staying there when I’m in that area again.

Booked this place for our anniversary to get away from the city for a weekend.. we found exactly what we were looking for! The hot tub was wonderful, the house was clean and cute, and we had everything we could have needed! Estelle was very responsive and gave clear instructions for everything. Would recommend this place for a quiet getaway or a small group trip in the summer!

Kathi’s place was great! Super close to the Downtown Portland/Old Port area. Kathi was a great host, extremely responsive and genuinely nice, plus she even made my family and I some delicious blueberry muffins for our stay! Her instructions were clear and she made us feel right at home! Would definitely stay again whenever we’re in the area!

Liz is a phenomenal host The home is newly remodeled and beautiful! It’s litterally steps away from the waterfront. She gave us lots of suggestions which we did including a stop in Camden on our way from BarHarbor for lunch at Camden deli and views from mt battie. We visited Maine Coastal Gardens and enjoyed the trolls and lush gardens (wish we could have stayed longer) and did a 4 1/2 hour whsle/ puffin tour no whale sittings but we saw lots of puffins, a seal and porpoise. Ended the day with dinner at ports of Italy Amazing food We would definitely stay here again only regret is we didn’t stay long enough

Excellent location and amazing views. The cottage is just as it shows in the photos and is homey and comfortable. The main room and outside deck was where we spent most of our time watching the birds (including a pair of bald eagles) and the tide move in and out. The master bedroom was large and very comfortable; especially the weighted comforter in the closet. It was more than enough space for the two of us, and the only drawback we noticed was the walls were a bit thin for sound if you had a crowd. The management was excellent with communication and we needed for nothing. The location was the perfect balance of seclusion on the end of a remote road, yet the closeness (5 min) to groceries and shopping. We have stayed in vacation rentals in Maine for the last 5 years in the midcoastal region from Boothbay, to Port Clyde, to Blue Hill, to Bar Harbor, and we would defiantly come back to this rental. Great place!

Mihai is a wonderful host and his place is a gem! The gorgeous location is nothing short of magical and the house is immaculately designed and decorated. The hot tub is an amazing bonus. Everything about our stay went smoothly and even during off season, we found plenty to do. Would absolutely stay again.

Great location on Back River. short drive to wiscasset and groceries. Fun to sit and watch the tides.

The house was beautiful and in a great location. The owners were extremely responsive and kind! We had a wonderful weekend at this incredible house.

Quinn and Katya had a beautiful home on the most serene island next to Boothbay Harbor. My family and I stayed here for a long weekend and loved having this as our base. All 10 of us comfortably fit downstairs when hanging out as well as outdoors on their large deck. The walk down to the bay was short and quite the spot to sit and look out. The house came stocked with everything we could need and more including wood for the wood burning stove that we used when the house was cold upon arrival and a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, dishes, spices) so we could make our own lobster dinner one night. We were really happy that there was 2 master suites especially since one was located on the first floor which was perfect for my parents who are in their 70s. Overall, we had no complaints and would happily stay here again if we were back in Maine. Thank you so much for opening your home to us!

Lovely small, but comfortable cottage in a quite cove walking distance from Boothbay Harbor. We really enjoyed our short stay here.

Kimberly’s “Quiet Oasis” was a perfect home base for our family vacation in Boothbay Harbor. The house is clean, spacious, and well-equipped – we had everything we needed for cooking big meals at the house or for lazy afternoons hanging out on the deck. It was very private and quiet, and we older folks loved having a separate suite on the second floor. We enjoyed visiting Barrett Park nearby, and the house is also convenient to Boothbay Harbor – it’s either a nice one-mile walk to the footbridge or a very quick and easy drive into town. Check-in was easy and Kimberly was quick and clear with answers to all of our questions. Overall a top pick for a vacation house in beautiful Boothbay – groups of up to six will be happy and comfortable there.

The house was exactly what we were looking for: relaxing with great views. The marina with fresh seafood within walking distance was icing on the cake.

Towns end was the PERFECT house for my group of girls celebrating a bachelorette. We wanted a cozy cottage to relax and catch up in and that’s what we got! Everyone was blown away by the dock and view- major plus was the surprise visitors of harbor seals that we looked forward to seeing every night at sunset. From the moment we arrived everyone fell in love with the house and boothbay and immediately asked, when are we coming back? Grateful to have these memories we will forever have and in such a lovely house and place. Will definitely be returning on a yearly cadence! To the hosts, thank you so much for answering my many questions and for setting up the house so beautifully. Everything was well stocked and clean when we arrived. The rooms were perfect and I’ve never felt softer sheets in my life. Thank you thank you thank you!!

Perfect in every way! I have stayed at multiple air BnB’s and nothing compares to this house! Pictures do not do this place justice!! The location is awesome, secluded with a great view. One thing that stood out to me other than the awesome view and being secluded is that the house is stocked with everyday household essentials, other air BnBs I have stayed at never had the house stocked they way that this one does! I highly recommend this house to anyone that wants to visit south port!

This is the rare property that is even better in person than it is in its listing. The space was so much bigger than we expected and so nicely furnished (loved, loved, loved all of the art). The location is ideal and the neighborhood lovely (East Boothbay General Store and Kerr+Jones gallery were highlights). So much wonderful hiking, adventuring, and eating is a short drive away. Olive is a fantastic host -- responsive, helpful, and cheerful. Highly recommend!!

Everything from start to finish was absolutely amazing. The house is beautiful with all the amenities you need. The outside fire pit was nice to sit out and enjoy the nice weather. The communication with Jody was fast and she was very accommodating to our needs. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay

This was our second stay and it was such a treat. We had everything we needed to unplug and relax. Bath is a great place to explore but we loved our spot on the porch!
