Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in South-East Melbourne

I had a wonderful stay at Angela's place! The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Angela was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. She provided clear instructions for everything in the apartment, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home from the start. The amenities included with the apartment were very useful and added to my comfort during the stay. Additionally, having a café nearby was a fantastic bonus, making it easy to grab my morning coffee. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend staying here and would happily book again in the future. Thank you, Angela!

Great stay at Kim’s apartment. It was centrally located, and very easy to get to places by walking or tram. The apartment was a lovely, cozy space. Free parking was also a huge plus. Thanks Kim!

Fantastic 3 week for 4 people stay at this outstanding penthouse in Brunswick! The apartment is just minutes walk to the lively shops and cafes etc of Sydney Rd and in particular the local bakeries for breakfast supplies each morning . The location is very close to either the train or trams - literally 2 mins walk to either. The hosts are very responsive and everything was well managed. On arrival there was generous supplies of coffee pods and tea 's provided and a warm invitation to use any of kitchen supplies we needed during our stay. A personal favorite is that a soda stream was also provided (a small thing but always a delight !). The apartment is bright and airy (and just like the photographs) with a very large terrace space with loads of seating and comfy couches. The bedrooms had 'whisper quiet' air con units that made for great sleeps on those extra warm nights. The broadband speed is very fast. We would love to stay at this outstanding Penthouse apartment again.

Siobhan’s place is a fantastic place to stay while visiting Melbourne! We stayed with our young kids and absolutely loved it! Location is perfect, so many restaurants walking distance. Outdoor area at the Airbnb is great, very clean and wonderful host, thanks Siobhan!

Was met by the owner at the premises. They are particular about their customers and following the communal rules which I like. The unit is better than it looks on the photos. The bed and pillows super comfortable and a lovely kitchen with and pleasant outdoor area surrounded by trees and greenery. I would recommend to stay here as I will stay again. Much better than hotel and a homely feel.

Beautiful apartment perfect for families with generous bedrooms, huge lounge area and great outdoor courtyard. The apartment was close to public transport but being at the rear of the building was very quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

Fran was a great host, the house was well situated close to shops and a short drive from the train station. It was in a quiet area, with not much traffic noise. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking at staying in this area.

The house was delightful and really well appointed. The drawers and cupboards were filled with everything we needed, and more. The bathrooms were clean, white and functional. It was great to walk in both directions to the beach, and the shops and we loved the little lane that allowed a short cut to the front beach. We got a couple of 35 degree days so the aircon was really important and worked really well. The new blue towels and the crunchy white sheets were a treat too. We loved this house and we’d stay again.

Our family stayed for just over a month and enjoyed the house! We appreciated the four bedrooms with individual AC/heat and comfy beds and bedding. The view of the ocean was amazing from the two bedrooms on that side of the house. The back green space connects directly to a wonderful beach for walking. The air hockey table was fun, and kiddo really appreciated the large number of books to read! Our kiddo went to Edithvale Primary School while we stayed at the house, and they really enjoyed it. Restaurants and train station are an easy ~10-15 min walk. Highly recommend!

Great location, walking distance to the shops, beach and oval. Great little place for a beachside stay. Simon was a wonderful host - very informative, responsive and flexible. Would definitely recommend.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Barkly Terrace. The listing was clean, easily accessible and close to all of Melbourne's best northside restaurants and bars. Great amount of space for a group trip with places for rest and social activities. We went in the colder months and the heating was easy to use and very comfortable.

Julia And Marcus were wonderful hosts; the house was exactly as pictured and there was plenty to do for our three kids. There is a nearby playground within a few minutes walk which was really handy and the house was comfortable for our family of five. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the check in and instructions were clear. Would highly recommend!

Hi Deb! Today we left your wonderful house unfortunately after 6 weeks. We had a phantastic time and didn’t want to leave… We got in contact with so many nice people in Surf Church and Baptist Church. The Catholic School was also wonderful for our son. We loved Surfing at Smiths Beach, hiking at Pyramid Rocks, swimming at the Beach at your House with the black swans, Jogging at Silverleaves and writing a Book on the terrace of your House with the Most wonderful panoramic view ever!!! How can I now live without it?

Our 2-day, 1-night stay at this Airbnb was out of this world: - The location is perfect for a weekend getaway. - The space itself is beautifully designed: modern, cozy, yet rustic with thoughtful touches like fresh linens and a well-equipped kitchen that made our stay so comfortable. - The host was incredibly responsive, they gave us clear check-in instructions and quickly replied to our questions. Made a lot of great recommendations, too! - We loved the private balcony - The bed was super comfy, especially in the kids' room. - The Wi-Fi was fast, yet the password required some labor when typing. TLDR: Highly recommend to anyone seeking a memorable stay.

Ikigai was a great host. The apartment is located close to the museums and restaurants and it is easy to get around by walking. We stayed in the apartment with our family and our son and felt right at home. I highy recommend Ikigai’s apartment.

Second time staying here in the middle of the Melbourne CBD. I felt right at home here straight away. It's very close to shops, transport and theatres. Domenico was very easy to deal with and provided me all the information I needed, making check-in and check out a breeze. Looking forward to returning sometime soon.

Would highly recommend this apartment for its central city location and lovely view. Building is right next to the library on Swanson street with central train station adjacent and easy access to the tram network. Easy walking distance to theatres, laneways, eateries and Chinatown. Quick tram ride to the arts precinct & Flinders Street Station. Apartment is a quiet and comfortable base with a food court, Daiso, Woolworths and shopping precinct downstairs. In person greeting and explanation of how everything worked was very handy. Look forward to returning.
