Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Victoria

Fantastic 3 week for 4 people stay at this outstanding penthouse in Brunswick! The apartment is just minutes walk to the lively shops and cafes etc of Sydney Rd and in particular the local bakeries for breakfast supplies each morning . The location is very close to either the train or trams - literally 2 mins walk to either. The hosts are very responsive and everything was well managed. On arrival there was generous supplies of coffee pods and tea 's provided and a warm invitation to use any of kitchen supplies we needed during our stay. A personal favorite is that a soda stream was also provided (a small thing but always a delight !). The apartment is bright and airy (and just like the photographs) with a very large terrace space with loads of seating and comfy couches. The bedrooms had 'whisper quiet' air con units that made for great sleeps on those extra warm nights. The broadband speed is very fast. We would love to stay at this outstanding Penthouse apartment again.

I stayed for one week in John's apartment for business and needed a quiet, comfortable and trouble-free place in a convenient location. It was perfect. John was always responsive for any questions. Apartment is very spacious, no clutter, large balcony with view and all essential facilities. I looked forward to coming home after busy day of work during my stay. Highly recommended.

Great space and location in South Yarra. It's clean and tidy, and the apartment building is in a handy location next to the supermarket, cafes and public transport, with the river 5 minutes away for a jog/walk. It's easy to check in and check out as well.

A lovely place for our extended family to come together for a weekend. Plenty of room to hang out, with own bedrooms. Great location, and wonderful View

Was met by the owner at the premises. They are particular about their customers and following the communal rules which I like. The unit is better than it looks on the photos. The bed and pillows super comfortable and a lovely kitchen with and pleasant outdoor area surrounded by trees and greenery. I would recommend to stay here as I will stay again. Much better than hotel and a homely feel.

Fran was a great host, the house was well situated close to shops and a short drive from the train station. It was in a quiet area, with not much traffic noise. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking at staying in this area.

Couldn’t find a better place to admire our beautiful Victorian high country with family. The house kept up lovely and toasty on the cold winter mornings as we watched families of deer feeding on the lawn in front of us. What a stunning and truely special place Tania has…not to be missed.

This place was perfect for our weekend in Canberra. William is proactive, highly responsive and goes the extra mile to make you feel at home. The place is in an incredible location, easy walk to wonderful restaurants and shops. The house was clean, beds comfortable and nice and warm when it was cold outside. Hi Deb! Today we left your wonderful house unfortunately after 6 weeks. We had a phantastic time and didn’t want to leave… We got in contact with so many nice people in Surf Church and Baptist Church. The Catholic School was also wonderful for our son. We loved Surfing at Smiths Beach, hiking at Pyramid Rocks, swimming at the Beach at your House with the black swans, Jogging at Silverleaves and writing a Book on the terrace of your House with the Most wonderful panoramic view ever!!! How can I now live without it?

Our 2-day, 1-night stay at this Airbnb was out of this world: - The location is perfect for a weekend getaway. - The space itself is beautifully designed: modern, cozy, yet rustic with thoughtful touches like fresh linens and a well-equipped kitchen that made our stay so comfortable. - The host was incredibly responsive, they gave us clear check-in instructions and quickly replied to our questions. Made a lot of great recommendations, too! - We loved the private balcony - The bed was super comfy, especially in the kids' room. - The Wi-Fi was fast, yet the password required some labor when typing. TLDR: Highly recommend to anyone seeking a memorable stay.

Second time staying here in the middle of the Melbourne CBD. I felt right at home here straight away. It's very close to shops, transport and theatres. Domenico was very easy to deal with and provided me all the information I needed, making check-in and check out a breeze. Looking forward to returning sometime soon.

Location location location! Rita’s place was perfect for exploring Melbourne CBD. Shops, restaurants and clubs were all within walking distance. Views of city were nice! Gym and pool were small but not crowded. Had all the equipment needed for a decent work out. Space was spotlessly clean with great amenities! Heating worked well - it was 3 degrees outside! Rita was very quick to respond to messages, gave clear instructions on access, was able to accommodate late check in and check out, which was super helpful! Highly recommend and would stay again 🥰
