CENTRAL ground floor suite in our home, with private entry. Located on a treelined residential street, within a 30 minute walk/10 minute drive to most major destinations on the Halifax Peninsula, including universities, hospitals, commons, and downtown core. Bus routes only steps away. Laundromat, grocery store, and shopping mall are also within walking distance. Perfect setup for two, can stretch up to four with the sofa bed in the main living space. There is ample, free parking on our street.

We welcome you to come and relax in our newly renovated, bright and airy private guest suite with stunning views of the ocean. Located on the water in Ferguson's Cove. We are 2 minute walk to the great walking trails and views of York Redoubt, 7 minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and more. 15 minute drive to downtown Halifax, and 40 minutes from the Halifax airport. This summer home is located at the head of Herring Cove; there is 48m of waterfront. Have fun exploring, roaming the rocks or kayaking the Cove of this private shore. We have a kayak for your pleasure. Enjoy the spectacular view from the hot tub or the spacious deck. Herring Cove has much to offer with its hiking, sight seeing, simply sitting at the dock, or visiting our popular Pavia Cafe. It is a 15 minute drive to Downtown. This is a great spot for cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts.

Newly built in 2021 as a place to hideaway in nature. Set on a private wooded 9 acre lot with lake access to Powers Pond. We have two Kayaks available for use. There are many walking trails on the property for you to explore nature! The contemporary and rustic features of the cottage highlight country living in Herring Cove Village, just 15 minutes to the city of Halifax. Stay put and relax in the hot tub or Herring Cove has hiking, sight seeing, ocean views, and local places to eat.
