Holiday rentals with a patio in South Hobart

Myself and a group of friends stayed at this property for a long weekend. Clear instructions for check in. The property was a perfect size and well equipped for a big group. The house was very clean and tidy. There were heaters and electric blankets in every bedroom which was an extra bonus during the winter months. The property was in a great driving location to all shops, bars, restaurants etc. Had a beautiful stay.

Great location, very convenient if you’re doing anything with the university or just spending some time in town. Perfect for one person if you need space or for multiple people who need their own space.

Vicki and Gary take absolutely amazing care of their place. It was very clean and cosy with plentiful amenities like a wide range of coffees and teas. The location has all you could need in walking distance and is very private and quiet, you will feel right at home. Vicki and Gary have put extreme care and thought into the studio including a booklet with a bunch of tips and intruction manuals for all the appliances in the studio which is a lifesaver and super appreciated! They are also very helpful and are always tending to the studio aswell as us as guests, they respect privacy and always ask before they clean around the studio. Everything about the studio is quality and it's rare for an airbnb to feel like the owners really stayed there themselves and made sure it's a home. Wonderful stay highly recommended, I miss staying there already!

We had a great stay! The location was excellent — right across the street from an IGA and just a short walk downhill to the Pier, which made for a lovely walk especially in the morning with a coffee. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One small note: we had a bit of trouble finding the entrance at night since it was quite dark, and we ended up circling the block twice by car. But once we found it, everything else was smooth. Overall, a wonderful place to stay — we really enjoyed our time and had a relaxing break. Thank you!

Leo was a great host, friendly and very responsive. The location of his place is great too, near to supermarkets, eateries and shopping centre.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Bon Marché. It is a spacious and beautiful home with lovely gardens and great amenities for kids as well, including a cubby house and trampoline. We were travelling with a 5 year old and 8 week old and found the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was impeccably clean and even smelled amazing. It has top end appliances and lovely bath products. The location is great, within walking distance of Burton’s reserve and the Cygnet town centre. David is a perfect host providing detailed and clear instructions. He’s friendly and responsive. Overall this was a perfect Airbnb experience and we would recommend Bon Marché for anyone looking for a luxurious and family friendly stay in the Huon. We’d love to come back sometime for a longer visit.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Arden. The host were very responsive and went into detail from indoor to outdoors, mostly everything was thought for. We especially loved the quality of the indoor bath tub and showers, the place had a warm and beautiful finish. We thought the place was well prepared, with complimentary essentials and even drinks at a price, which we purchased and indulged in, so thoughtful! Thanking the hosts for checking in and making sure we were fine throughout the stay, as we can imagine some.guests may need support with starting the amazing hot tub or keeping the fireplace going. This stay had pros and cons. The bed was too soft, sinking in the middle, and one space heater lacked power. The fireplace was a challenge to use, as we didn't have enough experience to operate it effectively. We also couldn't find an axe to chop the firewood into smaller pieces too. Hot water was limited for our family of five's showers. On the bright side, the toilet floor had heating, and the toilet itself had heating lights, a nice touch. All the dishes were clean. The convenient location near Eastlands Mall (K-Mart, Big W, Coles, Woolworths, chemist) was excellent for amenities. The kids really enjoyed the tons of toys in the kids' room. There is also a really beautiful view of the Tasman Bridge at night from the balcony. It is also dark enough to see many many stars.

The property has absolutely stunning views. The space was exactly as described. It was clean and tidy and it would’ve been lovely to use the fireplace to complete the experience. The host was very responsive and proactive with communication, there was certainly no shortage of messages. All in all, a peaceful and picturesque escape.

We had a great time staying at Robert’s Condo. The location was great for walking everywhere. Close to good cafes and restaurants. Robert added some lovely unexpected little additions which made us feel right at home. Thank you! The condo itself is large and has modern amenities. We look forward to travelling back someday with our 1 year old son.

Gorgeous little apartment by the water. Better than we had expected and offers everything you could need. Beds were super comfy and great food and coffee literally minutes walk away - highly recommend and we are keen to stay again ! Thanks Roxy and Ambre for sharing your beautiful home with us !

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very welcoming and clean. Comfortable beds and sitting area. It was well equipped. The stairs may be an issue for some, although there was a 1 bedroom unit down stairs with easy access that one of our party used. The location was ideal for us and the view pleasant.

The landlord is a very warm and kind person, and both my boyfriend and I really like them! The house is also very new, making it a comfortable place to stay. Plus, it’s close to the beach, making it a great choice for accommodation in Tasmania!

All I would say is a little home away from home. Family friendly beach and park great for family with kids. Overall a great place. I stay here for work until we got the rental property.

This place was perfect for staying near all of the downtown restaurants and attractions. We were able to walk to everything and it was very clean and well maintained. James is a fantastic host as well. The only drawback is having to share a bathroom/shower with multiple people. I highly recommend staying here!
