This chalet is within 6x4 and has a kitchen (with microwave oven and fridge), bathroom with shower and toilet, a cozy bedstee (1.40m x 2.00 with a step) and plenty of storage space. The spacious, covered terrace of 6x3 meters (west) easily involves you to the living space. You really sit in the (swimming)water of the clean lake. Easily accessible (20 km from Amsterdam, 15 km from Utrecht, 3 km from the A2). Bicycles available; battery-powered boats, a sloop, and a sailboat available for rent. Enjoy a wonderful retreat at 't Sluis Huisje, located on the Vliet, within walking distance of the lively Leidschendam lock. The accommodation is located at the back of our long backyard and has its own entrance and private garden. The location is ideally situated between two worlds: on the one hand, the vibrant city life, and on the other hand, the opportunity to enjoy nature and the water. Enjoy life to the fullest, but you can also shop, paddleboard, cycle, or go for a lovely walk—you can do it all here!

The chalets are equipped with central heating, television with Dutch, German and English channels, stereo set. The bedroom has 2 (single) box spring beds. The kitchen has a combination microwave/oven, coffee maker, kettle or Quoocker. The garden is fully fenced with outdoor furniture.
