Pet-friendly holiday rentals in South Karelia

We spent a weekend here with a group of 12 friends and had an absolutely amazing time in these stunning surroundings. The place is beautifully designed and offers a wide range of activities for all tastes. We especially enjoyed the sauna with its gorgeous scenic view — a perfect way to relax and unwind. We also did yoga on the terrace, made great use of the fully equipped kitchen for group cooking, and had a blast playing yard games outside. This place truly has everything you need for a memorable getaway, whether you’re looking to relax or stay active. Highly recommended!

Wonderful farm setting. It was nice to take a dip in the beach sauna at the end of a long cycling trip. Mummola was nostalgic and in peace, I highly recommend.

Great place to stay! Has everything needed for a great vacation and the location is superb. Bikes and boats are provided for free. We really enjoyed exploring the lake by boat. We are looking forward to coming back one day :)

The place perfectly matched the description! The apartment is in a very peaceful environment with all the comforts and needs. The yard patio and yard sauna were like the icing on the cake. I recommend it!

We have had a wonderful short stay at the Mökki. Check in was super easy, everything was as it was described. Comfortable beds, amazing view, quiet & peaceful. A great sauna! We spent two weeks at Santeri's place and we felt like home in the first second. The house is located in a beautiful area, it's very quiet and peaceful, and there are nice hiking paths starting right next to the house. It was very clean and the house is perfectly equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Santeri is a great host, very supportive, and he has replied super fast. Thank you for letting us stay there.

Beautiful quiet retreat on a lush island. Everything you need to relax and enjoy your time is provided. There was even a midsummer traditional treat waiting for us. Satu is kind and responsive. She makes sure her guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay. Highly recommend.

The stay went very well, it included all the services indicated. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and there weren't too many people, probably due to the low season. Wonderful location! We had a good time.

Very cozy cottage with no end of space: You can spend time in a spacious cottage, veranda, terrace, home, yard, beach, lake. From the yard sauna, a short walk to the beach, which, due to its depth and dark water, is not suitable for toddlers to swim. Beautifully decorated and put together that you wouldn't want to leave🙂.

The house was exactly what we were looking for: a cabin in the middle of the woods, in full contact with nature, perfect for admiring the lake area. We were right on a lake practically everything to ourselves, we also took a nice ride on the lake with the rowboat (there was also the engine but we didn't use it) and the sauna all to ourselves! Awesome!!! In the evening, eating outdoors in silence was wonderful. When we returned to the house we turned on the fireplace, beautiful. The children especially appreciated the darts and the pier on the lake. The house had all the comforts, even if the bathroom was external and organic: a hole with a bucket underneath, where you had to throw fertilizer between times, but it was all reported and it was also fun! The only problem was the cleanliness, because the house was not very clean, but so in the middle of the woods we could safely bear: we cleaned a little and adapted. In general, I highly recommend it!!

Visa & Noora were very gracious hosts. They responded to messages very quickly and comprehensively. Their instructions were also extensive and varied. The place is really nice and quiet, so we got to ourselves. Very good for a large group with space for everyone and things to do! Strong recommendation for hosts and the listing!

The visit to Lappeenranta was successful, the location of the accommodation was great. We walked to the store for about 3 minutes, to the Tuju brewery restaurant for about 10 minutes. In the evening, we went swimming before the sauna at a nearby swimming spot, a summer evening at its best.
