Holiday rentals with a patio in South Korea

There was nothing around the accommodation except Lotte Mart, so I had to go everywhere by taxi for 2 nights and 3 days, but it was close to Expo Station, and the taxi drivers were generally friendly, so I was able to get around safely. It was especially nice to have a 7-Eleven on the first floor. I called a taxi in front of it, and the drivers came easily:) I'm sensitive to cleanliness, but it was cleaner than most hotels, and I was very satisfied with the bathroom cleaning. There was nothing missing, and it was equipped with cleansing oil and a flat iron, so I could see the host's attention to detail. However, it was a little inconvenient that there was no large trash can, perhaps because the bathroom was small. And since everything else was clean, it seemed like you forgot to clean the fridge. The freezer, in particular, was quite dirty. I only opened it for a moment to put in an ice cream, so I hardly used it. ^^;; The room was not big, but it was cozy with tasteful interior accessories, and I could rest comfortably because I could hardly hear the noise. I didn't meet the host, but they kindly answered my questions and communicated well, so I plan to reuse it if I have to go to Yeosu again next time:)

The location was so good because it was very close to the district and on foot, and above all, the communication was good, so I had a comfortable stay!

A beautifully furnished apartment that felt warm, inviting, and very comfortable.

The apartment was perfect for three adults. Roomy, very clean and well appointed. And there was a thriving, lively shopping and restaurant district steps from the unit. Plus, the green circle line subway, which we used every day, was less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is the area is a bit noisy at night because of all the young people out partying until the morning hours. Still, none of us had problems sleeping. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and kind. We would stay here again!

Woohee’s apartment was a great for my husband and I during our 4 day trip to Seoul. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet which was great to unwind after long days of site seeing and shopping. Also, lots of space and drawers for storage. Woohee & Erin were able to accommodate with self check in since our flight came in later in the evening. Again, they provided really clear instructions on how to access the apartment and videos on how to turn on the AC & fan since the remotes are all in Korean. Having the washer and dryer in the apartment was also a great feature. Apartment is walkable to a lot of nearby restaurants & metro stations. Several bus lines also stop in front of the building, including the airport limousine shuttle bus, so no lugging suitcases to and from train stations to the airport. Overall, amazing stay.

Very clean, attractive hanok for an authentic Korean experience. Host is very helpful and included several local recommendations. Do know that two of the three bedrooms have traditional Korean floor bedding. It should be fine for most folks, but people with back issues should be aware. The neighborhood is charming and close to the subway system. Several sights are within walking distance. The hanok was comfortable and fairly priced. My family and I would stay again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was exactly as pictured in the photos. The hosts are also super responsive to messages and questions. The neighbourhood ended up being one of our favourites in Seoul with so many great bars, cafes, and restaurants to choose from. We would absolutely recommend this place to friends or family that are visiting Seoul!

We had a lovely 3 days staying here in Seoul. The apartment was extremely spacious, clean and well decorated. The location was great, with Hongdae being less than 10 minutes walk away. The neighbourhood was also very quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again if I am back in Seoul!!

My daughter, son and I searched our accommodation for months. Nothin felt quite just right - until we saw Monica’s place. It immediately felt like a right type of home for our needs and requirements. And it did not disappoint! We had travelled all the way from Scotland and arrived to extremely clean and stylish home with welcome note snd snacks on the table. All three bedrooms were so clean and comfortable to sleep in. AC was easy to use and worked perfectly. We loved the space, showers were really good and washing machine and dryer easy to use. Monica had made sure everything was perfect and provided so much support and advice. This trip was very special to us and we were so lucky to find Monica’s beautiful, clean home. It is in excellent location very close to subway line and have a quick access anywhere. Area is lively yet peaceful and had a lot to offer! Thank you again Monica. I hope to stay with you again!

Oh my~ I thought all the accommodations were here~ I liked the private and antique feel! I went with my parents, and they loved it too! Above all, I liked the friendly response ^^

What a beautiful place! The house is perched right above the ocean pathway in Huinnyeoul Village. We loved sitting on the balcony, watching the ships pass by in the setting sun. It is impossible to overstate how great the views from this place are. The apartment is cozy and equipped with everything you need. It’s also very easy to get here by bus, and there are plenty of beautiful cafés nearby.

Ey made everything easy and convenient from start to finish. She was always extremely friendly, responsive, proactive and helpful. Her space was clean and free of clutter. Comfortable and private space, conveniently located near Camp Humphreys. Great host, and will definitely stay again!

Overall, I'm satisfied with the condition of the accommodation and the friendliness of the host. However, due to the location of the accommodation, it was a bit of a pity that there were places to go around. There is a disadvantage that you have to travel by car, and there is a slight inconvenience to walk around.

It's already my third visit. This time, too, the bedding, which I think is the most important, was so fluffy and nice, and I like that it's clean without clutter! I stayed 3 nights as comfortably as my own home~ The sea view is nice, but it's even better because you can walk to it, and there are 2 convenience stores in front of the accommodation, and it's close to the Jinji market, so it's perfect~ ^^

In addition to the noisy air conditioner outside, it is good to hear the air conditioner after closing the door, we stayed for three days, transportation is relatively convenient, walk to the duty free shop for 10 minutes, and a traffic light on the walking street.

The house is very nice, fully equipped with all the amenities, just as comfortable as at home.The space is very spacious, the kids can run and play, not far away is a big supermarket, there are many convenience stores, transportation is just a few steps from the door, and then the subway can go anywhere.The landlord is very friendly and helped me print the information. I was very happy to stay in this house. You will not be disappointed.

The accommodation is located right in front of the Haeundae sea on foot. It was nice that it was available, and Swag is good in the building, and there are bars and restaurants, so I used it conveniently. There were two bathrooms, so it was good for a family trip. It was nice that the host kindly communicated right away. I felt like I could use it again next time!
