El Hanok Stay

El Hanok Stay was newly built as a private hanok guesthouse, which was opened in April 2023 after a year of remodeling construction by purchasing a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add more modern convenience while adding the style of hanok, and tried to add color by adding European style. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is located near Hwangnidan-gil restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (Olive), right next to the location where you can go to Gyeongju tourist attractions such as Daereungwon (Cheonmachong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung, and Wolji. Jacuzzi in Hanok is available for a fee. It is 30,000 KRW in Korean money when using for a fee.

Saro (絲路): It means a small road, and it has the meaning of 'being captivated by the hanok encountered inside a small alley'. 'Saro' was inspired by the discovery of this hanok in a small alley where a few 1970s hanoks are gathered in the village of Seohak Artisans. We created it with the theme of 'hanok of the present age' by adding modern and functional elements while inheriting the symbolic elements of hanok.
