A great space in a fantastic location. The house is located an easy few minute walk from the beach. The WA coast is amazing and unique to Australia. Unlike many short term stays that take short cuts because they are close to the beach, Brooke's places is very clean, very well appointed and as described in the listing. It has a relaxed, beachy aesthetic and is well suited to solo, couple or small family travellers. All of the little extras - milk in the fridge, a loaf of fresh bread on the kitchen bench, beach towels - made for an enjoyable stay and were appreciated. It is located close to many of Perth's best offerings. There is bus running past the front door, but a car is a more suitable option in this location. Brooke was a quick and clear communicator. Easy to highly recommend.

Maria's place was a delight. It is a beautiful lofted space with exquisite plants and furnishings, set in the center of Freo. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique experience.

Excellent host and perfect place to stay. Apartment is big, clean and beds are comfortable. Well equipped with full kitchen equipment and living room has a big TV. Washer and dryer are available. Host is responsive and helpful in answering queries and very thoughtful to provide some fruits, bread, orange juice and milk for us. Location is good as there are a few eateries such pizza, Japanese and supermarket right opposite. Parking is easy and near the swan river. Really love this apartment and would highly recommend this apartment.

This small and cosy studio was our beautiful oasis for 3 nights. I absolutely enjoyed the peaceful surroundings of the neighbourhood. I am grateful for Pia and Paul’s hospitality, ensuring we were given privacy during our stay. Communication was great and open. We received clear instructions supplied by a helpful booklet touching base on everything we needed to know about the studio and even close by restaurants. We also enjoyed the complementary chocolates left for us. We highly recommend this studio and would love to stay again. Thank you Pia and Paul!

I absolutely loved my stay at this apartment! It was incredibly quiet and peaceful, which made it so easy to relax. The space felt so homely and welcoming, you can really tell that care has gone into every detail. The location is fantastic too, close to everything but tucked away just enough to feel like a little retreat. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

A wonderful place to stay! Steve & Debbie are very accomodating and friendly hosts, with a lovely studio in Perth. A private and easy to access place with a perfect coffee shop and pizza place a short walk away. Plenty of places to shop for groceries as well—overall everything you could need for amenities. 100% would stay here again! :)

Comfortable place that is convenient to many places which we wanted to travel to. The place was good for large families and there were many restaurants/cafes nearby which we could get food from. Definitely will recommend David’s place for anyone who wants to spend their evenings in Perth in a nice, quiet and warm home!

Property was immaculate inside & out. Lots of space to spend time together or places to chill solo if wanted. Very welcoming & great communication from our host.

We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a fantastic stay at Mike’s place! The location is super convenient—close to the city with plenty of amenities just 5 minutes away. The house itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen that made everything feel just like home. What truly made our stay exceptional was Mike himself. He’s hands down the best host we’ve ever met. He waited to greet us on arrival, walked us through the house, and shared helpful local recommendations. Mike even went the extra mile to help track down a parcel delivery, which we’re truly grateful for. His kindness and hospitality made our stay in Perth unforgettable. Absolutely loved our stay at Paton House. Beautifully designed house with a wonderful cosy vibe. The location is perfect. Chanel was an outstanding host and was always so responsive. We are already planning for our next weekend getaway to Freo just so we can be back in Paton House.

I visit Perth every year and this has been the best place we have stayed in. Cheri and Szczepan were the most generous hosts I have seen. Highly recommended, place was private, secure and immaculate. Mike and Luka where very responsive to any of our needs especially when we asked to check out late due to flight delays. Thougherly recommended Lyrics Pad especially if you enjoy live music as the hosts also have a bar restaurant, and underground bar with live music on certain nights. Chilled vibe good people will be back again.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

We stayed at Jen’s place twice during our time in WA. The location is fantastic- very walkable and close to some delicious bars, restaurants & great food at the Fremantle markets. Jen’s apartment is lovely. The building itself is older but the apartment feels newly renovated, very clean & had everything we needed for a very great stay. Jen was an excellent host- great communicator & went above & beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We loved our time there and would gladly stay again!

it's hard to find a place that is both stylish and accepts families , but I was so lucky to have found Shey's listing. our stay was luxurious and well stocked with supplies. she was also very responsive and caring. instructions were all clear and accurate. appliances easy to use. highly recommend her listing - it'll be the first listing I'll book on my next visit to Perth :)

This is hands down the BEST AIRBNB I have ever stayed in. The host provides so much more than any other host. it doesn't feel like an empty house, it's decorated and comes with heaps of complimentary freebies; bread, milk, cereal, lollies, lemons, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc. The cutlery was quality. The price is super affordable. I actually felt respected for once, it reminded me of what hospitality used to be like. I will definitely be staying here again!
