This is a fully renovated 1 bedroom back house on the quiet hilltop. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets within a 5-10 mins drive. Most appliances are new. Two 55" 4K TVs in the unit. The brand-new kitchen has a gas range, dishwasher, and island counter. The Central AC throughout the house. The house is gated with free parking. The washer and dryer are in the backyard and free to use. It's about 14 miles to LA downtown, 22 miles to Universal Studio, and 26 miles to Disneyland.

Super host with 5 stars rating in 4 years. The house is located on the east side of Los Angeles, very close to the Chinese neighborhood and not far to downtown Los Angeles. It is close to the 60 and 10 freeways, Chinese supermarkets, convenience stores, malls, etc. The whole neighborhood is very safe and quiet. NOTE: USE GMAP to pin the address. The Airbnb pin locator is not accurate and we're working with them to have it corrected.

Place was easy to find Easy street parking, beware of street cleaning wed and thurs Lots of amenities: laundry, water dispenser, steamer, hairdryer, etc so it was v convenient room was equiped with individual ac unit, which was convenient and nice 2 sinks located outside the toilet/shower room which was convenient if anyone was showering there was no need to wait lots of asian food around not sure how often the kitchen/fridge is cleaned out, some stuff in there looked a bit sketchy and because multiple guests stay at the same time and they come and go, im concerned how often the codes of the front doors are changed. no issues during our stay however. also, bc there are other guests + laundry right outside the bedrooms, it can be loud. bring earplugs if necessary no hooks inside the room, maybe bring some or clothes hangers (the room had 4 total) as there is nowhere to hang towels

The house is clean, cozy, and offers privacy. It includes a dedicated parking space inside the fence, which feels more secure than parking on the street. The nearby community is quiet, peaceful, and has fewer security concerns. Jacky was responsive in resolving some issues with the house. The bedroom AC unit was not working and couldn't be turned on until the day we checked out, hope Jacky will have it fixed soon, but this is not a reason to deduct points from my review because the living room AC worked well and was able to cool down the entire house.
