Townhome holiday rentals in South Tampa

We loved staying at this AirBnb! The beds were comfortable and big. The space was wonderful for 4 people. The kitchen was very well-stocked (good can opener, hand mixer, slow cooker, pots, pans, measuring cups, and all sorts of cooking utensils). The resort had pretty areas to walk. We walked our dog, but we also walked ourselves by the marina, to a little kayak dock, and even to the small beach. Our favorite part was the view from the decks. We were able to see manatees every day--which was such a treat for us. The fishing pier was damaged during a recent hurricane, but we ended up having a nice day fishing and exploring at E.G. Simmons Regional Park. Julie was a thoughtful host who communicated well. We hope we can return to this one!

Lori’s place was as described and just what I wanted. It was well appointed, clean, and with very good internet. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood with little traffic and good access to a nearby walking/running/cycling trail. Stores and restaurants are close by. It’s on a nice public golf course but just far enough away that the golfers are not a bother. The host Lori is quite responsive. Early in my stay the AC quit working on a Saturday. Somehow Lori was able to find someone to fix it on a Saturday and it was up and running by the afternoon. I really appreciated that. I will definitely stay there again.

Great little gem in the heart of the newly created Midtown Tampa area. The property is in a small community of townhomes, gated overnight. It is between 2 major roads and walking distance from multiple bars / restaurants. Very close to multiple grocery superstores as well as Whole Foods and Trader Joe's! Very close to International mall, International Airport, South Tampa and Channel side nights out. Large bedrooms, bright living room, equipped kitchen. Host, Luz is very friendly and accommodating. She is very quick to respond to app messages. Our family felt at home as soon as we walked in.

We absolutely loved this airbnb. It was such a gorgeous space that we almost ate at home every night - after long work days it was nice to just chill and cook back at home. The house had all the amenities to make and serve meals. The beds were super comfy, great showers and laundry to be able to wash some clothes while on the road. It really was like being home. I've was traveling a lot and this was a nice respite from typical hotel room. We went to the farmers market on Sunday and did check out some local restaurants and coffee shops. Wish we had more free time to walk along the water. We'll be back next year!

The house is very clean and has everything we need. We have stayed in Kate's house two times already. I am sure we will come back again.

Stayed with my son here for the Dino exhibit at the fairgrounds. My son really enjoyed the inside playground and swimming pool.

Bill’s place was amazing. It’s in the perfect location with easy access to everything. The home is extremely clean, very comfortable beds and excellent parking. Bill is a great host who responds immediately. This is a private oasis in a city full of activities. Walk on Bayshore and enjoy Tampa’s beautiful skyline.

Andrea’s place was great. Tons of amenities at the house and great A/C to keep us cool amidst the Tampa heat. The house was clean and centrally located for our trip. Andrea was available and solid with her communication.

We were in town for family function just needed a place to sleep. Host were very responsive and helpful, would stay here again when i have to come in town to visit family.

This property is fantastic. Manatees visited the waters every morning. We had the privilege of enjoying them from the balconies. There are two in front of the house and two in back. The binder contained valuable location and neighborhood information. It was a bit further than we anticipated from Tampa but it is a reasonable distance and central to several of Florida's best beaches. We had an early 5am flight to leave and did not anticipate time for light cleaning prior to departure. Encouraged by the host for a glowing review. The host does not ask for anything difficult, just be aware and prepare ahead. We just assumed it was included in the rental agreement for cleaning. It is approximately 45-60 min to Tampa International. I suggest renting a car, an Uber back and forth will cost just as much. You will then have the freedom to leave the area and explore. We explored Clearwater, St Pete's, and Tampa Bay so did not utilize the amenities on site but the grounds are beautiful.

Great communication with Donny. His instructions were thorough and clear for entry, parking, house rules. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love Val’s place so much this is my second time at this property in the past two months. I definitely recommend and will stay here again next time I’m in Tampa.

Our stay was absolutely perfect thanks to this incredible Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated—exactly like the photos. The location was ideal, with easy access to everything on our trip. The host was friendly, responsive, & accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Tampa. Very well keep unit. Neighborhood can be a little unsettling upon arrival but great stay without any problems.

Luke’s place is amazing and was beyond perfect for my 4-week stay! Super spacious, wonderful location, and has everything you need. Luke was always quick to respond and very helpful! Can’t rate this place highly enough and definitely looking forward to staying again in the future :)

Beautiful condo. Super comfy beds, washer and dryer worked well, nice area to walk and enjoy the outdoors.

Nalini is a great host—she was very responsive, quick to answer any questions we had. We were a group of four and the accommodations were comfortable and the location was convenient for all that we wanted to do around Tampa. We didn’t have the time to enjoy the outside area but it’s nice to have a covered and shaded area. We would stay again if in the area.

Wow! I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb‘s over the years, but this experience was top notch. First off, what a great location. Not only was the neighborhood itself fantastic, but this location was so central to different parts of town with endless things to do. We loved that although the neighborhood itself was quiet, the area itself wasn’t sleepy. When staying at an Airbnb, cleanliness is very important to me, but I always do understand that things won’t always be perfect. However, this place was truly spotless. Not only was a spotless, there was so much thought, put into the decor, all of the furniture, And how everything was put together and also easy to find things I needed when staying in the home. I am not the most tech savvy, so I was nervous about check-in, but Melissa made this truly a seamless process mitigating the anxiety that I had. All in all, a truly fantastic experience. I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Tampa Bay area.

Rosaily is very supportive, welcoming, and responsive. I had to stay overnight for business matters and had to shortly book for a staying. However, she accepts and responds promptly, while also inviting me to a dinner with her family. Check-in and check-out were no hassle, while staying in was quiet and private. The space was generous for a staying of 2-3 people, which was close to the local attractions and business. This is a good deal!

We absolutely loved Nina’s place! It was beautiful, comfortable, and cozy. Loved the atmosphere of her place and it was very restful after a long day out. Nina is super helpful and quickly responded to any of our questions. I highly recommend her place and would definitely stay again. :)

Juan was an excellent host! He was proactive with communicating and thorough with check-in/out instructions. The unit was clean and had all the necessary amenities one would expect when staying in an Airbnb. We appreciated having the third bed, as it was a major factor for us choosing this location. Additionally, the unit is close to everything—shops, a park, gas stations, a short drive to the beach. Its proximity to Busch Gardens, which was a 10 minute walk away, and it saved us so much $$ on parking! :-) Overall, it was a great stay and we hope to return next time we come to Tampa. Thank you for everything!

We had an amazing stay at Tina’s apartment! The place was beautiful, clean, and felt like home right when we walked in! The beds were comfortable, the showers and bathrooms were clean, and the living room was lovely! The apartment is walkable to a cute downtown Davis Islands. Tina was super responsive leading up to our stay and gave us all the necessary information to have a perfect weekend. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the place to anyone looking to stay on Davis Island!

Execellent environment/ area , everything was clean and organized as what you see in the pictures. Great place to stay well recommended.
