Malika offers a pleasant, comfortable and cosy accommodation in the heart of Delhi. One should not expect five-star accommodation, but the offer is well-proportioned to the quality of service. The entrance is secure, the apartment is on the third floor. Breakfast is not included, however there is water and juice in the fridge, a kettle, tea and instant coffee. There is a fan in every room, in the pre-summer and summer period they are essential, and the linen is clean. Refinement underpins the environment, with marble floors, paintings and furnishings in harmony with the basic but functional furniture, with curtains, books and handmade candles. There is a balcony that overlooks a garden off the traffic in a very quiet area, in the morning you will be woken softly by the unique singing of birds, what more can you ask for in Delhi? As always, Rajiv is a fantastic host. Staying at his penthouse truly feels like being at home. He has a great sense of hospitality, always respecting personal privacy while going above and beyond to meet expectations.

Had a peaceful stay at Karan's place. The house was well maintained, and kitchen had all important items. The owner and the caretaker made sure the cleanliness was maintained. The open sitting area provided a nice space to sit and relax. The locality was fine, felt secure and had many places to eat at. I'll recommend this to someone who's looking for a calm safe place in a well connected area of Delhi.

I stayed at their place for about 3 nights. Ajeet and his wife Nalini were so cooperative and helpful. Even Nalini makes yummy foods if we order from them and that was so helpful because we don’t need to worry about going out in search of good food. They are taking good responsibility of us and they are ready to help us at any time of the day. This place is close to airport,NBEMS,metro. I have 2 suggestions: 1. There was water clogging in bathroom every time we take a bath,if thats resolved toilet is perfect 2. It would be good if a mirror is placed in bed room because we can’t use the mirror in the toilet to get ready while someone is using toilet.

Excellent studio, aesthetically done up and very well appointed with amenities. Clean linen, a very comfortable bed, a nice seating area as well as a modular kitchen with a cook top, microwave, refrigerator, and everything you may need to cook. Goes without saying, the view from the apartment is stunning and without a doubt, the best in the city! Ameesha was very responsive and proactive. She took care of minor issues instantaneously and the manager as well as the house keeping staff were punctual and very professional. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved this spacious, luxurious penthouse with a beautiful rooftop garden—perfect for relaxing! The 2 AC bedrooms (with TVs) were comfortable, and the 55-inch TV in the living room was great. The location is safe, peaceful, and close to markets, cafés, and metro stations. The host was responsive, and everything was clean & well-maintained. Highly recommend! Mithu was extremely responsive, helpful, and polite—made our stay smooth and comfortable. Would definitely stay again! 😊
