Spotlessly clean springs to mind. We appreciated the provisions in unit for our use. Very comfortable with modern decor. Great views. Proximity to restaurants trams is amazing just a few minutes' walk away. Would recommend this Airbnb to anyone and would choose to stay again if the opportunity arise.

The location is good, centrally located in Melbourne. The place is clean and convenient and comfy. It was easy to check in as Rui and Narathorn came to deliver the key to me and showed us the unit and made sure everything was in place before they left. I would highly recommend this place

We had a lovely stay at Nick’s apartment. Perfect for the 3 of us. Loved the mid century modern vibes and the location was great - felt like you were in a peaceful little neighbourhood but only a couple of blocks from great restaurants and shops. Bernadette was very attentive and we really appreciated the later checkout so we didn’t have to take our luggage around with us on our last day. Would love to stay again.

Beautiful modern apartment in a lovely area in Melbourne with easy tram access to the CBD. Could not ask for more … Jonathan is very responsive and we greatly appreciate the flexibilities to have an early check in as we arrive verly early in Melbourne. Love the super comfy bed, linen luxury, squeky clean bathroom and complete kitchen amenities. Would love to come back!!!

Debby is a perfect host, very friendly and welcoming. Apartment was beautifully furnished with high quality linens, towels and toiletries. Even the crockery was lovely and in keeping with the theme! The bed and sofa were very comfortable and we loved returning ‘home’ to relax after a busy day sightseeing. The location is brilliant and everything is easily walkable. There are some gorgeous little arcades nearby with lovely shops and eateries. We loved Debby’s place and would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Melbourne. I loved my stay at John’s place! The apartment was lovely, airy & spacious with great views out over the treetops. I really enjoyed the arty touches around the place, not to mention the very comfy bed. The electric blanket was a nice surprise! Transport was plentiful & nearby to wherever I wanted to go, and it was a quick walk up to all the shops & restaurants of Clarendon St and South Melbourne Market. John was a great host, he sent me very clear instructions for how to get in on my arrival, and even arranged an early check in for me. I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Melbourne! We truly enjoyed our family stay here ... it felt like a cosy home away from home! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. From kitchen essentials to laundry facilities, everything was thoughtfully provided, making it so convenient for a travelling family like ours. The panoramic view from the apartment was absolutely stunning~~ A daily "wow" moment for all of us! Watching the skyline change from sunrise to night was one of our favourite parts of the stay and made for some unforgettable memories. Just a small note for future guests: there is only one heater unit located in the living area, and the bedrooms don’t have separate heating. That said, the host provided plenty of extra blankets so we were still warm and cosy throughout the chilly Melbourne nights. It wasn’t a problem for us at all, but worth being aware of. Thank you again for the lovely stay, Ange! ✨️

Una’s apartments was a delight to check into. With welcoming treats. Laundry facilities and detergent. Shampoo and conditioner. Just what I needed after a long trip. Coffee as well. Great location. A picnic basket too. Una was so understanding and fabulous to communicate with. I really felt spoilt. Thank you again for having me and Buddy to stay. Really grateful.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless – very clean and tidy throughout, which made it super comfortable. The location was central and convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it a great base for exploring the area. The host was exceptional – clear and consistent with communication, and all instructions were easy to follow. They were also incredibly hospitable and flexible, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

An amazing apartment in an idillic setting and suburb. Close to shops at Camberwell Junction and plenty of cafes. Loved the bakery, cafe downstairs.

The place was great. Very spacious and comfortable. In walking distance to a lot of place especially good coffee shops. They also accommodated my dog staying there without hesitation which I really appreciated. Will stay there again when I visit! :)

Sheryl is the best host I have dealt with this far. She replies to you within minutes which I have found other hosts can take up to 6-7 hours to reply. Her place was the cleanest I’ve stayed at this far. To sum it up there’s nothing I could complain about at all. The property was great actually the outdoor area was better and bigger than it looked in the pics. Great place with a great host.

A lovelt quiet apartment with comfortable beds. Easy walking distance to restaraunts and cafes. A very clean space which was a great base for our Melbourne adventures.

A great stay, just on the edge of China town, the food in the area is incredible. Aside from endless food and drink the stay itself was perfect. A great space, the photos of the place honestly don’t do it justice. Having a night in the high rise with the city views is just a good time all around. Grantley, was incredibly responsive and was flexible when we needed something. We would stay here again without thought. Truly sad to have to check out! Till next time.

I was the perfect place to stay for a couple of nights. The check in is super easy and the apartment is exactly as described. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Melbourne central area.

We felt very cosy in this apartment due to the great couch, comfortable bed, terrific heater in the bedroom and nice decor as well as really clean throughout. The kitchen is well appointed and the bathroom has good shelf space and a really hot and good pressure shower.

Kate's cosy apartment was super good. Restaurants, theaters, great shopping, transport and even parks all really close by. Really close. Great shower, comfy bed, and so many thoughtful extras that I never expected. Thanks Kate for a wonderful week.

The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

We had an excellent stay at Vik’s apartment, everything was as described or better. It is centrally located with good amenities that have been kindly provided by Vik, the swimming pool and gym are very handy and Vik is a great communicator and ensured we had everything that we needed. One negative was the blonde lady on reception, for whatever reason she seemed to go out of her way to be rude to us, it felt as though she treated us with disdain specifically because we were Airbnb customers, whenever I needed to speak with her or ask for information she went out of her way to make it difficult. I obviously wouldn’t mark vik’s score down for this because it has nothing to do with him and is out of his control. We loved our stay! Thanks Vik

Simon and Pier are great host. Check in was very easy. The place is very nice and has lots to do, from board games to books and local melbourne recommendation guides. So close to everything, tram, DFO, restaurants and casino night life. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Melbourne.

This is a wonderful place to stay. We really enjoyed the convenience of the location for all the things we like to do in Melbourne, theatre, footy, South Melbourne Market, free Chadstone bus, MMWC, Casino and the Belgian Beer Cafe. The room was spacious, comfortable and secure, well maintained and clean. It was a real haven after a day clocking up thousands of steps around town, especially the shower which we both loved. Communication with Colin was easy and he always responded promptly. He met us and showed us to the room despite our arrival after midnight. He even took the trouble to mail back an item we left in the room. Our six night stay was over all to soon and we’d certainly love to come back
