Tucked away down a country lane, Comfortable and welcoming, Winking Owl Cottage is a really pretty place, perfect for rambling, birdwatching, and simply enjoying the breathtaking Yorkshire countryside and the unbeatable local hospitality. The Tack Store is a new barn conversion on our small farm outside the village of Silkstone. Views are some of the best in South Yorkshire, overlooking rolling hills and woodland, it's a perfect escape for those who love peace, quiet & walking. Equally we are only 1.5m from the M1 for guests wanting a more varied experience. We are child and pet friendly. We have tried really hard to create a relaxing home away from home. A hot tub will be installed for bookings April 25 onwards.
