Die Anlage liegt ruhig auf einem großen Grundstück bewachsen mit Bananenstauden, Palmen und Olivenbäumen unweit der Stadt Kos und dem Meer gelegen. The studio (25m)consists of a single room-kitchen area with built-in double bed and a sofa that can provide 2 separate single beds. It has a bathroom with shower and a large terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the sunset. The studio features a fully equipped kitchen with a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker for drip coffee & espresso machine, a multi food chopper machine, a hand mixer, and a hair dryer. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET & A/C .There is a dishwasher and a washing machine.

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach.
