Th‏e stay at Dimitria was warming welcoming, and comfortable. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully arranged. One of the highlights was the large garden — spacious, green, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying a quiet morning coffee. Dimitria was a gracious host, attentive to every need, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and pleasant place to stay.

Very prompt communication with our hosts who were extremely welcoming and considerate. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. It is in a very quiet area but only a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

The accommodation is located in a small, beautiful and private village – perfect for relaxing. Everything is spotless and thoughtfully arranged. There’s plenty of space, so everyone can have their own area – ideal for larger families with older children or teenagers, as each one can have their own room without being disturbed. Konstantinos is a fantastic host – always available, quick to respond and genuinely committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible. We even got small souvenirs gifted. There’s also an amazing local restaurant called Veranda of Prines nearby with a very generous owner and incredibly delicious food. With a rental car you're just a short drive away from Rethymno and many other beautiful spots on the island, making this a great base for exploring. We usually drove about 1-2 hours into every direction and were able to explore the entire island. Thank you for such a lovely stay – we truly felt at home and would love to come back!

Lovely villa and breath taking views. The highlight was the pool area. Giannis was a brilliant host, check-in and out was very smooth and he was very responsive to our questions via Wattsapp. Maritsa village was a special find. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars, but filled with locals rather than tourists. We found a great bar five mins from the villa called Alonia. The owner and the bar lady were really friendly, couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommend.

The villa is beautifully located in a dead end on the mountain of the small village of Armenoi. Everything is well maintained, clean and atmospheric. All sanitary functions are very great in shape, the kitchen is great incl. Dishwasher equipped and the sleeping areas maintained. The grill worked impeccably and coal and lighter were ready. The communication with Elina has been great, very helpful and attentive. A car is indispensable if you want to go to the sea ( 8 min. Travel time to Kalyves ). I would come back anytime and therefore recommend it with a clear conscience.

We had a wonderful stay! The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially from the pool area, which quickly became our favorite spot. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. It also catered perfectly to our baby’s needs. The host and their team were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. In the evenings, stargazing from the terrace was magical, adding to the peaceful ambiance. A perfect getaway for families or anyone looking for relaxation in a stunning setting!

If I could give this home a 1000 stars I would! This was by far, hands down the most incredible place I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. Every detail was considered and the service for cleaning was amazing. It was easy to just enjoy the day in one of the most beautiful landscapes I’ve ever had the privilege of viewing. The owners were incredible! The bountiful, delicious breakfast delivered each morning was exquisite! We simply could not have picked a better place! I actually told my family, if I’m ever missing, this is where you’ll find me.

The accommodation is ideal for those who want to spend a holiday in the middle of nature and with all the comforts of home. In fact, inside there is everything you need to cook or relax on the sofa, and outside there is a beautiful porch with a table to enjoy dinner while looking at the sea. The outdoor area also offers several possibilities for relaxation, on the sun loungers or in the hammock. The house is in a secluded area, even if it is facing the sea, so you need to have a car. However, it is in a central area of the island, so you can reach both the archaeological sites and the beaches by car. Ideal for a vacation for 4 people and for those who love to enjoy the house as well as the places.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! A lovely quiet retreat with great transport link options into the city. The bus is cheap and relatively frequent, with a stop less than 5 minutes away from the house. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The front was lovely, with outdoor seating and made for a perfect spot to have breakfast in the morning. The bathroom was practical, although the water upstairs ceased working on our check out day but wasn’t a huge inconvenience. The bedroom was lovely and large, well ventilated and a very comfy bed. Basiliki was a lovely host and we greatly appreciated her hospitality. We would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Really, really beautiful place, apartment is perfect, the terasse specially, the view, the beac. we were there in the beginning of October so hardly anybody, the whole beac for ourselves. The locals are very friendly, unbelievably nice and there was everything we needed in the little village of Faros. A perfect vacation. Thank you, Kimon! We would like to come again next year.

Stamatis is extremely kind and attentive and helped make our stay special. He’d warned us not many tavernas would be open in April so we were prepared for that. An added benefit of this time of year was the wildflowers on beautiful walks. We used the AllTrails app under a free trial!

We had a lovely short stay here, fantastic location easily within walking distance to the beach and the local restaurants that were lovely with great staff. Philip and Kathy were great hosts whenever we had questions they replied straight away. No complaints and would definitely come back.

Nikos was an incredible host. Friendly, responsive, organised and gave us terrific restaurant recommendations. Nothing was too difficult for him. He was so responsive and organised to collect us from the port without us even asking. He organised care hire too. His house has been beautifully renovated and extremely comfortable. It has amazing views and was an easy walk to the beach, cafes and taverns. We hired a car to explore Syros and always loved returning home to Nikos’ place.

Highly recommend! We spent our first vacation in Palaiokastro and were very satisfied. We felt comfortable from the beginning, everything necessary was available, from baby utensils to a beach umbrella. Maria and Yannis are very friendly and helpful, and welcomed us warmly and personally said goodbye. The house is beautiful, clean and cozy, the garden is super well maintained. However, hot water must be heated with a boiler. Unfortunately, we did not like the beach within walking distance (10 minutes), as a car bridge leads directly above it. However, beautiful beaches are easy to reach by car. We were mostly in Agia Pelagia. We had a great vacation and highly recommend the house!

Had a wonderful time- it was very relaxing, beautiful views and a lovely Greek cottage vibe. We loved being away from the busy main town and enjoyed the quiet area.

The location is great because it enjoys a beautiful view and very quiet, while remaining close to the center of Otzias. The house is much bigger than the pictures - and a beautiful space. We also enjoyed the garden and the grill. Check in and check out were very straightforward and smooth - as was getting prompt answers.

I can't think of a better place to stay in Ikaria and Argiro was an amazing host. The house is authentic, the balcony is epic, the location is perfect, house is clean and would definitely go back and stay at the same house next time! Can not recommend it enough.

We have stayed at Villa Stergio for 3 nights and really liked the place - we had everything we need inside & outside - our 3 year old son appreciated the swing and play area and we had the comfort of nicely furnished comfortable house & pool area. In fact, the rooms in the house are refurbished in a more modern way than expected and we were nicely surprised. Very clean. Beach & restaurants are 5 min walk from the house. Filimonas was also very responsive and flexible host - allowed us to check in as early as possible as our son was sick and also keep our stuff in the house after check out. Much appreciated. This Airbnb is truly a small piece of paradise. The outdoor is very peaceful. Giorgos was very accommodating and available ! For the climbers, skalia is actually very well located, it gives acess to all north areas easily while being at 12 min of the grande grotta. There is a few very good restaurants around, and a washing machine which was helpful :) Our only regret was not to stay longer !

Everything looks good The house is in a fantastic location, in a very quiet area and really just a few steps from the beach. The house's garden is large and has two sun loungers for sunbathing and the neighbors' boat-shaped house The terrace of the house is beautiful, with a sofa, table and chairs to enjoy the sunset, pampered by the wind. The house is exactly as in the photos, in the kitchen there are all the utensils, the table outside is very convenient for breakfast and also for dinner. Near the house, there are numerous restaurants directly on the sea where you can dine with the waves. We had the car and we drove around almost the whole island, which is really fantastic. Finally, a thank you to Ilias, who has always been attentive to all our needs. It was a wonderful vacation for us, also thanks to the house.

Mimosa Tree is a truly special place to stay, on a beautiful island. The home, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen were comfortable and stylish. The outside space, use of natural materials, light and windows added another dimension of beauty. However, it is the location and views that are sublime. Peaceful, a short walk to a beach where we swam alone in crystal clear waters. We enjoyed the nature all around, the friendly cats, loved eggs from the chickens, and slept or read to the gentle sound of sheep bells. Our host, his wife and son were friendly and available, although not needed. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet time surrounded by nature. Also enjoyed getting to know the local villages, walking trails and beaches. Tinos in the spring is full of flowers.

We had a greate time staying in the house. The house is located on a hill above the village, 10 to 15 minutes walk. It is quiet and allow us to relax and enjoy the wanderful viee of the sea. This house is highly recomended for couples that want to stay away from the noices while being able to get quicly to the resturants and beach.
