This 160 m² loft functions as a photo studio and creative atelier. With natural light all day, large windows, and designer furniture, it is an ideal space for shootings, film productions, wellness sessions, catering, presentations, or events. It is also a quiet and versatile environment for those visiting the city who are looking for an inspiring place to develop their projects for a few days. Our house is located on the hill of Pieve Ligure. It is surrounded by greenery, in a familiar and peaceful environment. From the house and garden you can enjoy a beautiful view of the entire Golfo Paradiso. The house has an outdoor space for reading, eating, and barbecuing. The sea is a 10-minute walk downhill; from the house you can set off on various excursions. The distance from the center of Genoa is about 30 minutes by car. Train and bus stops are a 10-minute walk away.
