Please confirm the second bedroom is available if interested. Either option has a full bathroom with claw foot tub and shower. Full service kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave for your private use. Large living room with (2) couches and flat screen. The very large master bedroom with the ultra comfortable king size mattress also has cable tv. . Both the one bedroom and two bedroom option have their own private entrance, private kitchen and bath on the third floor. No shared space with anyone else with either the one or two bedroom rental options. Private entrance. Close to all public transportation and Portland International Airport Parking in the driveway is a possibility, please ask if interested. If you have a snow mobile- great trails available. Finally, great shopping in nearby North Conway at the outlets.

With hiking trails in the Pine Tree Preserve that adjoins the property and the Lobster Cove Meadow Preserve a five minute walk up the road, you can also explore nature and enjoy the solitude of the woods.

Our newly built guest suite is a private studio apartment attached to our main home situated above our garage. It has a king bed, small sitting area, thoughtful kitchenette, private balcony deck, A/C, and full private bath. We've had our share of diverse travel experiences so...we satisfied our own tastes by creating a space we would want to stay in...a very comfortable bed, bright and soothing scandi-style decor, a heated bathroom floor, rainshower, and private deck.

Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

We go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. (Please note our mattress is FIRM and there is a long flight of outdoor stairs to access the suite.)
