Find space to recharge in an minimalist custom design historic home. Rejuvenate the senses in an aesthetically soothing space with a monochrome theme, a blend of contemporary and classic finishes, original art throughout, and mountain views. The sublime architecture of the house makes this space unique and extremely pleasant to live. The area is super safe and full of awesome restaurants and bars. The square is one of the nicest downtown and it is in an heritage area. The house is also very secure, with alarm, secure gates etc. Guests are allowed to smoke on the terrace, not inside the loft. Guests have exclusive access to all areas of the main house I do not live in the property but I am available when needed The area is most central to all of Cape Town, set amid very hip and historic spots. The neighborhood is home to a number of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The square in front of the house has ample free public parking available for cars. Uber is the quickest, most convenient and affordable way to get around. The nearest hop on, hop off bus stop is 150m from the house. For public transport the nearest MyCity bus stop is 400m from the house. Cleaning and laundry service is available by arrangement The area is most central to all of Cape Town, set amid very hip and historic spots. The neighborhood is home to a large number of restaurants, cafes, and shops.

Main bedroom can be closed off from small lounge with fireplace This cottage has an extra room that can be used as a dining room or a study Protected verandah looks out onto the enclosed garden. Down a leafy lane , found at the bottom of a quiet cul-de-sac, you will find one of four very quaint cottages belonging to what used to be a wine farm called “Walloon Farm.” This particular cottage is called “The Old Barn.” An absolutely super place to come home to after being out for a busy day.

Beachball B&B is located in the heart of the old village of Kalkbay. Set on a cobbled road that ends in a short flight of stairs it is not a thoroughfare. Like a tropical paradise. It’s got all the amenities of a modern home with delightful arts and crafts touches and a sun-drenched garden with a full-size pool. There’s a spacious eat-in kitchen and lounge as well as two medium-size bedrooms with comfortable en-suite bathrooms.
