5 stars Beautiful spot in a perfect location. The apartment had such a calm, beachy elegance — clean, thoughtfully styled, and super comfortable throughout. We loved waking up to the natural light and walking straight to the beach or grabbing coffee nearby. Everything felt effortless, from the smooth check-in to the well-equipped kitchen and plush bedding. Ideal for a low-key escape with just the right touch of luxury. Would absolutely stay again — thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay, easy walk to many attractions in the city. Kevin was great and responded to any questions promptly. The apartment was as described and we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Shane's apartment was excellent! Shane was helpful and responsive from the get go and directions/check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was clean, tidy and homey, with all the essential amenities and more. The Parsley Bay area was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and peaceful surrounds. It is an easy walk to Watson's Bay for seafood or a ferry ride--bus stop right outside the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend staying here to others and can't wait to return.

This was a great place to stay. Elvis was a great host. The unit was perfect. We all loved it. A hot tip- the cafe on the corner is awesome with great coffee. We will definitely return- such a handy spot. Close to everything that the area has to offer and also very easy to navigate to other areas of the city. Elvis should be very proud of this listing because it is one of the best places we have stayed through Airbnb.

An excellent location for a stay alone or if you are coming as a couple! Very close proximity to the beaches and short drive to Balmoral baths! I enjoy fishing so being able to go to a location like Balmoral baths for fishing was truly an amazing experience for me! Would love to be back again in the future!

Cannot recommend this spot enough. The brilliant location and views are second to Nicole as a host. She is above and beyond, has plenty of pantry/fridge staples and snacks, surplus coffee, is super helpful and caring and has placed so many lovely touches around the apartment. Really enjoyed staying at the house - view of the bridge is spectacular. We went to two shows at the Opera House and hit the Galleries ... we were able to walk everywhere which was great. Suzanna was great giving us lot's of local recommendations from the pub across the road to high end options. She was very communicative and I couldn't have wished for more from a host.

I had an incredible stay at this place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Nash was an excellent host, providing clear communication . The check-in process was seamless, and everything I needed was readily available. I especially loved “the balcony with a great view” . This was a great home for a group of friends to get together for a weekend. The views are fantastic with great walks, cafes and restaurants close by.

This was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! It was exactly as described. The house was immaculately clean! Great bathrooms and showers! Comfy beds. A full kitchen including a barista type coffee machine ready to go. There was an abundance of linen, blankets, bathroom items even down to make up wipes! The fridge was filled with the essentials and many extras. We found a welcome hamper on our arrival and even our small dog was well catered for much to everyone’s delight. There was books, board games and electronic games. The house interior was modern, fresh and beautifully decorated. It felt more like a home than a house. There has been a lot of thought put into this Airbnb. We wanted for nothing. Fabulous hosts, we can’t wait for our next trip! Thank you!

Coledale is a special place and this house is one of the best places to stay to experience everything the area has to offer. We enjoyed staying at this place . Felt super comfortable with the ambience , ease to reach places and above all there are ton loads of options to eat , visit. In my opinion worth the money spent.

I was in town working on a film, Victoria is amazing and The Place! Gorgeous..you get your quiet beautiful view of the ocean and surfers. You can walk over and have a delicious meal or cocktail. I hope to come back, beautiful stay.

This Airbnb is a perfect location for seeing Sydney. You can connect to any part of the city from the bus stop adjacent to the rental. The rental itself was great - everything was clean and the rental was well equipped with everything needed for a week's stay.

My wife and I stayed a week, and really enjoyed the stay. The house works well for a couple. We especially enjoyed the open living room, kitchen and dining room. The deck was wonderful too. The area was quiet at night as well. The view is fabulous and is the house's best feature. Even on a rainy day it's still lovely to stay inside, drink some coffee and read (as well as take in that view). We enjoyed walks around the Potts Point neighborhood, and it's a nice walk to the Wooloomooloo Wharf, RBG, the Art Gallery, and the Opera House/Circular Quay. There are a couple of fans, but during the mid-summer months heat might be an issue. During our stay the temperatures were moderate, and just opening the windows to catch the breeze made the house comfortable. The host was first-rate: attentive, friendly, and responsive. Thanks.

Amazing location we stayed last minute for one night in Bondi. Perfect for couple. You couldn’t get closer to the ocean and literally next to Bondi Icebergs. We will def be back.
