Shipping container holiday rentals in Southern United States

We had a wonderful stay at this fun house! We were there for Elon graduation, and it was a great fit for extended family. It is close to the Saxapahaw General Store for breakfast or a few necessities, and not too far from larger grocery stores and such in Graham. We loved all the decor--it was so fun going from room to room and seeing all the vintage touches! Such a great atmosphere. I wish we'd had more time to play some of the board games, listen to the many records, or explore Saxapahaw. This was also a perfect space to have a farewell get together for my daughter and her graduating friends. There was a grill available, and lots of space for serving food for the cookout, places to sit and enjoy the large back yard or stay inside out of the sun. Kathy responded quickly whenever I had a question, and there were caretakers on the property also, if we had more immediate questions. All in all, a wonderful place to visit and enjoy time with friends or family!

Every bit of my stay here was awesome! It was so comfortable and relaxing. Everything I needed was there. The hot tub was great! The fire pit was perfect. I sat on the porch and watched the cows in the morning while enjoying my coffee. The bed was so comfortable and I slept better than I had in a long time. I was the only guest while there but never felt unsafe or awkward, Nigel was around and even stopped to check on me. I will definitely revisit and recommend this awesome place to everybody I know! There is so much to do in the surrounding areas but you won’t lack the fun and relaxation if you just hang out here!

Cool place to stay for the weekend

Very cute place to stay in Manitou Springs! Has everything you need. Very clean. The bathroom is pretty small and would probably be a challenge if more than 2 people were staying there.

Everything as described and overall very nice stay. House is comfortable and exactly as in pictures. Easy to find. All appliances were in working order and every room was clean. Air conditioning was cranked on when we arrived - cold - something I want and appreciate. The hot tub is very nice and Matthew came by to show us how it worked. It is a small hot tub but a nice touch. Matthew started a nice fire for us as well. Nice place for a family with young kids.

The cabin was beautiful. It had everything that we could need. The sauna was a great bonus. A great property if you love nature, wild life, and exploring. Trails on property and convient location to get to RRG and Natural Bridge. Angie was so kind and helpful. So happy with our stay and looking forward to coming again in the future.

This was our second time staying at Last Stand (in a different container home) and it was just as great! The location is close to plenty of wineries and Fredericksburg, and the container is cozy and comfortable. Thanks for another great stay!!

We are so glad we booked the Rio with Jayme and Doug. They are wonderful Hosts, extremely helpful. We felt very safe. Such peace and quiet. The view was so beautiful! I recommend sitting and taking in the sunset as it reflects on the mountains, and then sleeping with the coll fresh mountain air. Dont forget to have coffee with sun coming up over the mountains. Its a wonderful place to stay! Clean and very welcoming.

Absolutely loved this place! I was ready to sleep outside the bunnies!! Definitely will be a frequent flyer here even if i just need a day to get away! Glad i found this place

This place is great for 1-2 people for a couple nights. The little pool is a great addition to the space. They did a good job making the inside feel comfy and cozy. Comfortable bed . Great location. I recommend. Also the host is very responsive and quick to answer questions .

The perfect spot to relax. I enjoyed the red lights at night… felt like a spa! Be surrounded by trees, rabbits, lovely dogs and incredible views such as watching sunset at the hammock…. It’s just unbelievable to narrate it. You need to feel it… it’s a genuine feeling of true love that fulfill your soul! 100% + infinite recommended place

I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about the Airbnb and the owners. The house was perfect and just what we needed, the hot tub was a nice touch, the food truck/merchant store across the road was super convenient and everyone was so sweet (along with the pizzas and baked potatoes being phenomenal) and I ended up running into the owners of the shipping container, they were working on the other house up the hill, they were nice enough to welcome me in, take me on a tour (which was absolutely beautiful) and made sure we were all set and taken care of in the shipping container home. Will be back to check out the other home when it’s ready ☺️

We don’t even want to leave! This place was outstanding! Nice location, quiet, and clean! We couldn’t have asked for better hosts, always responsive! Checked in on us and always responded! The cabin itself was extremely clean, had plenty of room for us, the towels and everything provided was just the right amount! The rules are extremely reasonable here! Even the bed was comfortable, something you do not get from many airbnbs! Thank you!

If you want to be ‘Off the grid’ this is definitely your place. Convenient to the Blue Ridge Pkwy if you’re looking for nice hiking. Contained if you have a dog. I enjoyed having no phone & wifi and just getting back to basics.

10/10. Best place I’ve stayed in my 10 years coming to gatlinburg!

We stayed at Buffalo House for our Yearly Business Retreat and hosted the event at the house. Our Insiders stayed there with us and we had all trainings in the living room. It was a perfect place for our little holistic family to meet and gather for trainings and new product launches! Beautiful home close to things to do and tons of restaurants! Will be adding to our list of places to stay in the future.

Exactly as pictured! The whole property is beautiful and feels private even though Todd and West Jefferson are just a quick drive away with lots of outdoor activities (Todd) and restaurants (WJ). All of the hosts' instructions made everything super simple. The "sustainer" is tiny and perfect for two people. The deck space, hot tub and hammock were perfect for morning coffee or relaxing after a day on the river.

Michael was a great host and had some awesome recommendations. The place was beautiful and stay was super comfortable. Will be back if in Austin!

Debbie , Dan and their sweet pup Nelly are amazing hosts! I felt so comfortable and at home in their lovely Airbnb. I'd love to return many times over! I had such a great stay and wish I could have stayed longer. Thank you for everything !

We loved our stay in the New Moon Cabin. The bed is so insanely comfortable and the linens are so soft. It was pristine and the space was well organized. We felt right at home and will be back soon to Sarah’s cabin and the wonderful and resilient town of Marshall.

First time staying in a tiny home - and even though it was only for 1 quick night - it was fun! Beautiful surroundings and very private and quiet! The only negative was the driveway doesn't have a great turnaround space for your vehicle.
