Dina’s place was amazing. It was large enough to accommodate our family of 8 adults 2 kids, and the driveway in the compound is large enough to park 2 cars. The amenities in the house were great, TV and Internet works well and the swimming pool was nice good size for the kids to enjoy. Overall a private, safe, quiet estate with security guards on duty. Dina is also very responsive and generous - we had a whole complimentary cake waiting for us! Overall great stay. Will recommend.

This house is super safe as its the first house of the Taman and right in front of the security post. Which is gated and guarded 24x7. Your car is parked withing the compound literally right under your noses!! Not at a carpark 30-100m away. The house itself is clean and has a simple renovation, emphasizing on "spaciness". Able to accommodate up to 12 adults. Wifi and modern entertainment like netflix are readily available. Located in a peaceful neighborhood and serene environment, away from busy streets and city noise. Children will enjoy the space at the corner. Big enough to run around. We also chit chat at the gazebo over coffee and enjoy the outdoor and sunset. Besides this, no problem in getting to popular places like IKEA, Aeon Tebrau, Toppen and Austin Heights area for abundance of foodies!! Will definitely return and stay here in the near future. Has a great family gathering at this beautiful villa. It’s balcony is directly facing the lake. Great view. We are able to access to the lakeside through balcony. The villa is also equipped with lots of games and activities for family. Clean and spacious environment. Easy to park and the owner has prepared equipment for bbq and steamboat. Will definitely come again.

Very professional hosts with prompt reply. The house is quiet yet connected to many malls and eateries. Very comfortable and clean, house looks new. The baby chair and baby toys is a added bonus. Host provided disposable ear plugs, toothbrushes, towels. Will suggest to not open any windows as there might be mosquitoes. Overall a very nice stay, would return.

Nice place to get together with your siblings families. Mr. ben is really proactive. Ms. su and uncle leong also helpful. communication is no problem at all. Big dinning hall for all of is to have a breakfast lunch n dinner. karaoke room is good. both 2nd floor master bed room bed is comfortable. amenities and convenience shops is nearby. and about less than 10min to tebing dato onn. automated gate with outdoor cctv. the house is quite old but bali vibes. swimming pool need to clean a bit due to the fallen leaves from the garden area. just follow the house rules especially when throw rubbish. must do it properly if not monkey will do "outdoor party" at the rubbish bin. overall wonderful experience.

Had a 2 night pleasant stay at this unit…. Very clean & host provided all the necessary amenities… Very clear check in instructions were given… The only drawback is there’s no lift from visitor carpark to the lobby, u have to use the staircase, hence u should drop off ur luggage at the lobby first before parking ur car for convinience… Other than that, all was good… Will definitely stay again in this unit…

Nice place and the place looks exactly as the pictures posted on Airbnb. We arrive early and host allow us to do early check in as the unit was ready. linked by a bridge to the mall and quite a few numbers of restaurants,one supermarket there. Nice view of the causeway bridge at night. Already star the apartment for our future staycation.

It's a comfortable home. There's a simple dryer, so it's easy to dry your laundry. It would be more perfect if there was a water purifier or a water purification filter, and there were some insects like ants, but the host resolved it immediately, and I think insects are unavoidable in tropical regions.

It was an awesome stay here. Feel like home. We can see the swimming pool from both rooms. Checking in/out was a breeze. The host even provide us with a prayer mat. The place is close to food stalls and 24 hours convenience store. Highly recommend.

I stayed there with my son from May 28,2025 for 5 days. I must say the minute you walk into the apartment, it feels like home. Very neat, not cluttered. I love the green plants in the unit and of course the fish tank. Dan has been very helpful and respond to all my messages very fas, though we didn't get to meet on arrival. He has very unique collection of comic book characters which I enjoyed looking at them.😊😊 Oh, by the way, you need to water the plants and feed the fish while staying there.😊 We are glad to have chosen his home as our holiday getaway. We will definitely return Dan. Thank you very much for your hospitality. See you again in the near future.🙏

nice place! rare to find a place with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! apartment was clean. lost of 24h restaurants and mini mart downstairs. Just that carpark entry and exit abit hard to find. direction not very clear. we always got lost in the carpark finding the exit. but I love that the carpark lot allocated is near the lift! nice scenary too! Will definitely stay again!

The place was great and as described. Good food options nearby and shopping with mall nearby. Nice view of the waterfront and walkable distance to the waterfront. Host was very responsive with clear instructions as well. Do check in advance about pool access as sadly the pool was closed for maintenance when we stayed and we didn't know about it. Kids were very disappointed.
