A perfect space to relax and enjoy your visit in the Queen City area. The apartment complex is very quiet. For your comfort, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen and the other a full-size bed. A television is located in the living area and the master bedroom. This spot sleeps up to 5. You will also be within a mile of South Blvd, where you can catch the Blue Light Rail of Scaleybark into uptown, where there are lots of taverns, live music spots, and events without worry of parking costs.

Pet friendly; the Treehouse has its own fenced-in seperate entrance. Experience this peaceful retreat.

In addition to the primary apartment, there is a large porch with doors from both the living area and the kitchen. The shower has modern exposed piping. We will provide miniature shampoos and soaps (just like a hotel would!). There is a second smart TV in the bedroom. Free parking for two vehicles in the dedicated parking. The kitchen is full size kitchen with all appliances and a separate laundry room. Coffee maker, as well as electric tea kettle, creamer, and sugar.

The Retreat has large glass doors with lovely views of the surrounding trees that makes the unit feel like a treehouse. Custom details make Keswick Retreat a peaceful and sophisticated place to stay.

This is a beautiful space above our detached garage in South Charlotte. Private parking space and entrance...Bedroom with king bed and bath are separate from the large common room with kitchenette. Toaster oven and microwave only. No large oven and stove top. Perfect for a single or couples with one child. Twin mattresses in great room can be made separately for two by request.
