I had a fantastic stay. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect close to everything but still quiet and peaceful at night. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Winsome was a good host as she met us on the day of check in. I enjoyed my stay at this property. There was Wi-Fi , cable and smart TV. We had access to clean bedding and towels, there was no housekeeping facilities I think you may have to request this from Winsome. She was very understanding as I found out on my return that there was an issue with my son and she handled the matter diplomatically. The bed was a little bit low and hard for me if I am honest but I think it’s because I have issues with back and joint pain. The accommodation was very clean and tidy. Security is tight but polite, make sure you have your ID on entry for all parties on check in as it will be required and you will need to complete a form for all guests at the gate. I do think the property needs some sort of welcome pack I feel that would have been helpful in terms of the local area etc. Next door there was a very nice guest called Norman he was so helpful he made himself readily available at a drop of a hat. He would take us on day trips and take us shopping as and when required, as you really need a car to stay at Drax Hall Manor country club. The accommodation was about 10 minutes walk to get a taxi and approximately 15 minutes walk to the nearest food establishments KFC, Starbucks, Pizza Hut and there is an another place that sells Jamaican food. It’s located between Ocho Rio’s and St Ann’s Bay. The nearest amenities is in Drax hall itself which, is roughly a 21 minute walk, you access to a petrol station, pharmacy, supermarket and atm machine. The property is located 15 minutes away from medical facilities and Knutsford Express. I would recommend renting a vehicle if you are staying at this property as it will be easier for you to get around. I would recommend that you go shopping in St Ann’s Bay as Drax Hall and Ocho Rio’s itself is very expensive to purchase groceries. Drax Manor has a beautiful swimming pool that is supervised from 7am - 9pm, the is a play area for younger children, a gym, basket ball court and tennis court. There is a private beach located about 20 minutes walk away and it’s called Columbus Cove.

We were a group of 8, and we stayed for 4 nights and we had the most incredible time at “ tek yuh time” The staff at the house was amazing, they prepared the most delicious meals and make and helped us arrange our plans. The scenery is incredible and not a bad room in the house. Extremely comfortable, well thought out and organized for you to have a relaxing great time. Sunset on the roofs and sunrise down at the beach and perfect star gazing by the pool. Monique, was extremely attentive and gave us all the information we needed upon leading up to our arrival. We were so lucky to be introduced Mario who drove us around who an excellent guide to all things Treasure Beach and beyond. This was the first trip to Jamaica for most of the group and they are already planning another one. Tek yuh time was a special find and we will definitely be back the next time we are in Treasure beach….

Everything awesome beautiful and magnificent but it’s nothing without the service, help and food Coleen provided us with! A must go to and a great place to unwind. Thank you and see you again for sure!

The Thomas Family is incredible. They were very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. They were also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay.

Ainsley has been very communicative before booking, during the stay and even after check out. Goofey the caretaker was very attentive and helpful and the place was really clean. The community is peaceful and seems very safe and the sunrise and sunsets from the property were awesome. Would stay here again. Good job Ainsley.

Words cannot express and the pictures do not do this place enough justice. Everything was perfect!!!! The place was nicely decorated, comfortable and welcoming. The amenities were well thought out and we had absolutely no complaints. I would highly recommend anyone seeking a quiet, cozy, paradise feel to consider this home as first choice. Audrey was a great host and was very responsive when we communicated with her. We would gladly stay there again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The pictures on the app don’t fully capture its true beauty. Since my husband is from the area, we especially appreciated the familiar sounds of the rooster crowing at dawn and Caribbean music drifting from the windows of a neighboring house—a nostalgic and heartwarming experience. The host thoughtfully arranged for a local guide to assist us in finding the estate and personally escorted us into the gated property. We would definitely stay here again!

Shalom is the most God-inspired enclave of nature you can imagine.... set atop a beautiful hillside with panoramic views across the Pedro Plains, down to the South Coast and the sea. It is peaceful and atmospheric with wild winds at night adjacent to the Wind farm. Time stops here and you breathe deeply..it is an immersion experience unto itself. There is a grassy garden which you can explore with an old ponciana tree to climb, and a Norfolk pine which reminds one of Christmas. The house itself is solid and warm like a cocoon sheltering us against the elements and yet we can listen to the wind singing us to sleep at night. All necessary ammenities were available including a well-tuned piano which my children played enthusiastically. Despite feeling like a remote retreat Shalom is in fact only 20 minutes via short cut to Treasure Beach permitting us to have both a serene mountain and rustic beach experience all within a 24-hour period. It is Shalom indeed - Peace and pure delight !!!

Keisha is a lovely host. Very responsive. Finding the area wasn't really easy, my GPS could not find the place but Keisha provided directions. The place was clean, water pressure was low despite the water pump but hey that's common in Jamaica most times. The bathroom is tiny which might not be a problem for most people I think for me it was unusual since I have huge bathroom. The house was hot, even though there were fans. In all the cottage was cozy, the place was private, and a bit secluded in my opinion a plus for me. It's still a quick drive into Mandeville. The internet worked great and that's a plus. Would I stay again? absolutely! She rented a Kozy Kottage and that's what we got.

Blair was great at communicating, and we are very appreciative of her guiding us through the last min booking. Her response was very quick. She made sure we found the place ok and guided us in. We were made to feel very comfortable & secure It was peaceful and the property had many amenities, ac, hot water , tv, stove kettle microwave. The beds were comfortable and very high up. We would stay again and recommend the property based on you being such a fantastic host.

Roger was an excellent host. Very easy to communicate with and returns calls in a timely manner. The Chill spot definitely felt like a home away from home. Very nice and quite loaction. Would highly recommend.

The charming Airbnb was just a short walk to the beach, serving as the perfect home base for exploring laid-back, authentic Treasure Beach. We highly recommend this stay for a truly relaxing and genuine Jamaican vacation away from the tourist crowds.

Winston’s place made my family and I felt right at home. The home had everything that one could think about. I love the vintage cottage feel. The place was very unique. The outside was well kept and nature was beautiful. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

Originally, I booked Sonia's place for 3 days for a church event we had in the Manchester area, myself along with some other church sisters and the Monday we were to go to Kingston for the rest of our stay, just as we were about checking out, my Bishop called saying that most of our events would be in Manchester, so I had to cancel Kingston and quickly got in touch with Sonia and we ended up staying 7 additional days. we were very comfortable and happy and wish we didn't have to leave. Being there is a if I'm still at home. the ambiance was great. huge kitchen, I occupied the bedroom with the king size bed, each bedroom has it's own bathroom. the fact that we were able to park the vehicle in the driveway was wonderful. I felt secured. we were busy most of the time due to church but we definitely shall be staying there each time we go. It was very convenient for us as a little group. Thank you Sonia for everything. we are very happy and satisfy. ♥️🤗🥰💐🙏

First off I wanna say a big thanks to Conroy the house manager and also kamille for hosting my family and I. Our experience at Warwick was amazing first of this house is more beautiful in person than the pictures we saw online. We felt right at home the rooms are very spacious even the bathrooms, plenty of space to host a big family I love this house my family couldn’t stop talking about it. Whenever I go back to Jamaica that’s where I want to stay hopefully it will be available 10/10 will most definitely recommend. Thanks
