PARKING IS ON THE MAIN ROAD ONLY, approx 200m walk away. The private lane is only for short drop-offs. Self-contained annex on the edge of BS5. Close to main transport routes and local amenities. It is ideally suited for a single person on a longer stay or a couple on a shorter stay. The bed is a small double at 4ft wide. The Ivory Annex is a modern self contained mini bungalow within walking distance of Kingswood High Street, St George's Park, and 3 miles from the centre of Bristol. A bus stop within yards of the Annex provides good transport links to Bristol Temple Meads Station, Cabot Circus, other Bristol attractions, and to the city of Bath. There is private outside space (smoking is allowed out there) but no furniture for outdoor seating and it it not very inviting at current.
