500 meters from the enchanting beach of Sotto Torre and a 7-minute walk from the center of the village of Calasetta, a newly renovated, well-furnished, 120-square-meter independent house on two levels, with a large veranda with a barbecue pergola and a large terrace with a sea view. It is composed of a ground floor with a living area of about 50 square meters, a large bathroom, and a bedroom. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms with large windows overlooking the sea, with air conditioning, TV, minibar and a second bathroom.

The house is nestled in an enchanting terrain, one of the most beautiful spots on the island, behind Lucaise beach, which is accessed on foot by a private path.
