500 meters from the enchanting beach of Sotto Torre and a 7-minute walk from the center of the village of Calasetta, a newly renovated, well-furnished, 120-square-meter independent house on two levels, with a large veranda with a barbecue pergola and a large terrace with a sea view. It is composed of a ground floor with a living area of about 50 square meters, a large bathroom, and a bedroom. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms with large windows overlooking the sea, with air conditioning, TV, minibar and a second bathroom.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
