The apartment by the sea, is located at the "Il Pirgo" promenade of Civitavecchia, facing the beach and is located on the second floor of an elegant building dating back to the beginning of the 20th century that is a few meters from the railway station and the entrance to the port. The amazing sea view flat is in the "Pirgo" waterfront, on the beach, in a old palace liberty style at the 2nd floor. The train station is 3 min walking (where is also the taxi stop), the port gate and the downtown 5 min to walking.

HomyHome is a nice studio flat on the 13th floor facing the sea. Open space composed of a double bedroom, small living room with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and a 120 m2 terrace with a splendid view of the sea and the city. It is located a few steps from the railway station and is about 300 meters from the port. The apartment is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties, the building has a lift up to the 12th floor, the 13th floor is accessible only by stairs.
