Townhome holiday rentals in Split

The house was perfect, exactly as described. The location was right next to the beach and a short drive/bus to Split. Restaurant were amazing and very close walk away from the house. Couldn’t recommend Kresimir’s house enough! Can’t wait to come back again!!

It was really amazing! We had a great time there. The appartment is really nice and the pool is a treat. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beach. I can really recommend it!

Excellent host , very peaceful environment

Adiona’s place was fantastic, we all really enjoyed staying there. The street is quiet and residential, and perfect walking distance from the popular areas. The house was really tidy and was perfectly spacious for the 6 people who stayed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy split!

The apartment, though described as cozy, pleasantly surprised me by being more spacious than the photos suggest. The stunning stone wall adds a unique charm to the space, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot, humid summer days in Split. The location is unbeatable—close to everything you need yet peaceful enough for a restful stay. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I recently had the pleasure of staying at an Airbnb property and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we stepped into the property, we were impressed by how clean and tidy it was. During our week-long stay, the property was cleaned once, which was a nice touch. One of the best aspects of this Airbnb was its location. It was conveniently situated near bars and restaurants, which made it incredibly easy for us to explore the local nightlife and enjoy delicious meals, despite being in such a vibrant area, the property was surprisingly quiet at night. We were able to get a good night's sleep without any disturbances. Sandra provided us with valuable recommendations on where to park our rental car for free, which saved us a lot of money. The parking spot she suggested was only a 10-minute walk away from the property, making it incredibly convenient for us. The property exceeded our expectations and Sandra's hospitality was exceptional.

Ana and Sara super sweet ladies. We were warmly welcomed, got a lot of explanations about the sights in the area. Sara gave us good tips and gave a good address to eat! Very nice apartment! We'd love to come back if we're split again!

Great townhouse in the middle of Old Town Split with views of the bell tower from the balcony. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it!

They gave me a weird hour! The hosts were very welcoming and friendly to us and especially the baby. The place has everything you need, also we had refreshments and treats waiting for us, which was very nice after a long drive. Comfortable bedrooms, great terrace overlooking the sea. The sea is close enough, there is also a small shop and restaurant nearby where we had dinner several times. There is a small beach with a convenient entry into the water where it was good to be with a child, and lots of rocky beaches.

We enjoyed staying in Zeljko' s place. Room is perfect for two people who spend most of the day on beach or outside. It is tidy, comfortable, cozy and on a perfect location. Outside of Split but near the sea (2 min by walking). Everything we needed was just in front, supermarkets, restaurants etc.

Spacious and nice accommodation located at the top on a very steep hill. Fantastik's swimming pool and terrace. Takes about 10 minutes to walk down to the city center. Friendly host who also enjoyed the birthday spent in Trogir!

Anita's home was better than we expected. The pictures do not do it justice. In the main accomodation there were six adults. It never felt cramped. We had two adults in the adjoining space and they were very comfortable. Both places were spotless. The pool area was great and perfect for having a beer after a day in the hot Croatian sun. The sun room was amazing. Anita greeted us. It was a good thing as it would have been a little difficult to find. If you are flying in to Split, and Anita offers you to get picked up, do it. The price is reasonable and you are so much better off if the driver knows the area. We went to an island tour, went to Split and to Krka National park and visted Old Town. Every meet up place was walking distance from the home. Old town was a 10 minute walk. This place is a gem - book it.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and exactly as described. The owners gave us such a warm welcome and even prepared a lovely charcuterie board with a bottle of wine and some thoughtful souvenirs — such a kind gesture. They allowed us to check in early and took the time to show us around the property before handing over the keys, which we really appreciated. The Airbnb had everything we needed, including handy extras like a hair straightener. It’s also in a great location — just a 10-minute drive from the airport and about 20 minutes from Split city centre. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Split!

Had a great stay with 5 people. Upon arrival-friendly welcome and the owner had all kinds of homemade delicacies ready. The accommodation was clean, spacious, cold on arrival and everything you need was there. With 10 minutes by taxi you were in the center of split and within the same time you were on the beach. You also have a supermarket and bakery in front of the door. In short a top accommodation for some nice days split.

loved our stay ar Lucija's place. excellent host, great communication. lots if useful tips on where to go and what to do. a home from home. Additional toiletries came in useful and a welcome basket of snacks and food as we arrived very late in evening.

The accommodation is simply fantastic. Arrived and felt like at home! The great beach is right across the road - less than 50 meters and you can switch between sand or pebble beach. The sea is fabulously beautiful and the water crystal clear! The apartment is really well equipped. Especially great is the wonderful outdoor area with the outdoor kitchen and the fireplace grill. A large fridge with freezer is also provided. I especially want to highlight the cleanliness in the apartment - I have never found such a clean accommodation!!!! Iris was so nice and left us refreshments and something sweet for us to arrive comfortably - sooo nice! All in all - a really fantastic holiday in a very highly recommended home!

Wonderful weekend in Mirko's Pretty House! The house is super well thought out for a small couple with our baby, we were able to stay in peace with all the necessary equipment. The hot tub is really nice and the terrace too. The area is very quiet and Mirko was lovely and very responsive to our needs. The city of Split can be reached by bus in 15 min and all amenities are within walking distance. We were also able to park our van thanks to Mirko's flexibility and a large and very convenient parking space. One of our best Airbnb Experiences, we highly recommend 🙏🏽
