Townhome holiday rentals in Split

The house was perfect, exactly as described. The location was right next to the beach and a short drive/bus to Split. Restaurant were amazing and very close walk away from the house. Couldn’t recommend Kresimir’s house enough! Can’t wait to come back again!!

Vesnas bolig passede fint til os tre voksne og et barn. Man skal lige vende sig til alle trapperne op og ned mellem lejlighederne og poolområdet. Vi savnede et toilet nær poolen, som vi ellers var meget glade for hver dag. Skildpadderne var til stor underholdning. Vi fandt et par gode restauranter i nærheden, men spiste også i Split nogen gange. Tog Uber til byen, det fungerede helt fint og kostede kun 6 euro inkl. rabat. Alt i alt et dejligt ophold hos Vesna og Igor

Apartman me docekao uredan i čist. Sve eje bilo kao na slikama. Domaćin gostoljubljiv i uvijek tu kad nešto treba. Lokacija je na mirnom mjestu, 3-4 min pješice od plaže "Prva voda" i od restorana "Lučica". Za svaku preporuku 10/10.

Adiona’s place was fantastic, we all really enjoyed staying there. The street is quiet and residential, and perfect walking distance from the popular areas. The house was really tidy and was perfectly spacious for the 6 people who stayed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy split!

Eine tolle Unterkunft in besonders schöner Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern lief ohne Probleme ab. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können die Wohnung nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Luka is an exceptional and thoughtful host, always easy to reach and consistently helpful throughout my stay. The apartment, though described as cozy, pleasantly surprised me by being more spacious than the photos suggest. The stunning stone wall adds a unique charm to the space, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot, humid summer days in Split. The location is unbeatable—close to everything you need yet peaceful enough for a restful stay. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I recently had the pleasure of staying at an Airbnb property and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we stepped into the property, we were impressed by how clean and tidy it was. During our week-long stay, the property was cleaned once, which was a nice touch. One of the best aspects of this Airbnb was its location. It was conveniently situated near bars and restaurants, which made it incredibly easy for us to explore the local nightlife and enjoy delicious meals, despite being in such a vibrant area, the property was surprisingly quiet at night. We were able to get a good night's sleep without any disturbances. Sandra provided us with valuable recommendations on where to park our rental car for free, which saved us a lot of money. The parking spot she suggested was only a 10-minute walk away from the property, making it incredibly convenient for us. The property exceeded our expectations and Sandra's hospitality was exceptional.

Ana en Sara super lieve dames. We werden hartelijk onthaald, kregen veel uitleg over de bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Sara gaf ons goede tips en gaf een goed adres om lekker te eten! Heel mooi appartement! We komen graag terug als we nog eens eens split zijn!

Ми провели чудово час! Господарі були дуже привітні та дружні до нас і особливо до дитини. В помешканні є все необхідне, також нас чекали прохолодні напої та пригощання, що було дуже приємно після довгої дороги. Зручні спальні, чудова тераса з видом на море. До моря достатньо близько, поруч є також невеликий магазин та ресторан, де ми кілька разів вечеряли. Є невеликий пляж з зручним заходом в воду де було добре бути з дитиною, та багато скелястих пляжів.

We enjoyed staying in Zeljko' s place. Room is perfect for two people who spend most of the day on beach or outside. It is tidy, comfortable, cozy and on a perfect location. Outside of Split but near the sea (2 min by walking). Everything we needed was just in front, supermarkets, restaurants etc.

mirko et son logement sont aussi fantastiques que la Croatie. nous avons été parfaitement accueilli par mirko. Le logement est très beau et bien équipé. les lits sont confortables, la zone piscine très propre et agréable. tout était parfait. et en plus trogir est une ville magnifique.

Anita's home was better than we expected. The pictures do not do it justice. In the main accomodation there were six adults. It never felt cramped. We had two adults in the adjoining space and they were very comfortable. Both places were spotless. The pool area was great and perfect for having a beer after a day in the hot Croatian sun. The sun room was amazing. Anita greeted us. It was a good thing as it would have been a little difficult to find. If you are flying in to Split, and Anita offers you to get picked up, do it. The price is reasonable and you are so much better off if the driver knows the area. We went to an island tour, went to Split and to Krka National park and visted Old Town. Every meet up place was walking distance from the home. Old town was a 10 minute walk. This place is a gem - book it.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and exactly as described. The owners gave us such a warm welcome and even prepared a lovely charcuterie board with a bottle of wine and some thoughtful souvenirs — such a kind gesture. They allowed us to check in early and took the time to show us around the property before handing over the keys, which we really appreciated. The Airbnb had everything we needed, including handy extras like a hair straightener. It’s also in a great location — just a 10-minute drive from the airport and about 20 minutes from Split city centre. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Split!

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment was pristine and beautifully decorated. We also loved the location being so peaceful and right next to the water whilst only a short drive away from Split. I’d highly recommend and would definitely be keen to return!

Top verblijf gehad met 5 personen. Bij aankomstvriendelijk ontvangen en de eigenaresse had allerlij zelfgemaakte lekkernijen klaar staan. De accomodatie was schoon, ruim, koud bij aankomst en alles wat je nodig hebt was er. Met 10 minuutjes met de taxi was je in het centrum van split en binnen dezelfde tijd was je op het strand. Ook heb je voor de deur een supermarkt en bakker zitten. Kortom een top accomodaties voor wat fijne dagen split.

loved our stay ar Lucija's place. excellent host, great communication. lots if useful tips on where to go and what to do. a home from home. Additional toiletries came in useful and a welcome basket of snacks and food as we arrived very late in evening.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach traumhaft. Angekommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt! Der tolle Strand ist direkt über die Straße - keine 50 Meter und du kannst zwischen Sand- oder Kiesstrand wechseln. Das Meer ist sagenhaft schön und das Wasser glasklar! Das Apartment ist wirklich toll ausgestattet. Besonders toll ist der wunderbare Außenbereich mit der Outdoorküche und dem Kamingrill. Ein großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach ist auch vorhanden. Besonders möchte ich noch die Sauberkeit im Apartment hervorheben - ich hab noch nie so eine saubere Unterkunft vorgefunden!!!! Iris war so nett und hat uns zum gemütlichen Ankommen schon Erfrischungen und etwas Süßes hinterlegt - sooo nett! Alles in allem - ein echt traumhafter Urlaub in einem sehr sehr empfehlenswerten zu Hause!

Merveilleux week end dans la Jolie maison de Mirko ! La maison est super bien pensée pour un petit couple avec notre bébé, nous avons pu séjourner en toute tranquillité avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. Le jacuzzi est vraiment agréable et la terrasse également. Le quartier est très calme et Mirko a été adorable et très réactif à nos besoins. La ville de Split est accessible en bus en 15 min et toutes les commodités sont accessibles à pied. Nous avons également pu garer notre fourgon grâce à la flexibilité de Mirko et une grande place de parking très pratique. Une de nos meilleurs expériences Airbnb, nous recommandons fortement 🙏🏽
