Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Split-Dalmatia County

We had a wonderful stay at Branka’s place. The apartment was beautifully decorated, spotless, and felt so welcoming. The garden was a lovely spot to relax in the evenings, and everything was exactly as described. The location couldn’t have been better — tucked away just enough from the main streets to be peaceful, but only a few minutes’ walk to the centre, restaurants, and the waterfront. Check-in was really easy and flexible, and Branka was kind, responsive, and so accommodating. We’re very grateful for her help and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Split!

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Kozica! Everything about it was perfect — from the peaceful location surrounded by nature to the thoughtful design and comfort of the home itself. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Ivan was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available if we needed anything but also gave us complete privacy. You can tell a lot of care and love went into creating this space — it's even better than the photos! If you're looking for a quiet retreat in the Croatian countryside this is the place to be. My whole family was obsessed with this place. The adults loved the beautiful scenery and the peacefulness and the kids loved the hot tub and the swings. The house is adorable and very nice and the views were even better than the pictures. We loved meandering around Humac and being close to so many interesting small villages to explore. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat on the island of Hvar, you will be hard pressed to find something better than Mario’s place.

We have just returned from a vacation in this beautiful villa and we simply have to share our delight! We were looking for accommodation that offers complete privacy and relaxation, and this villa surpassed all our expectations. Nestled amidst unspoiled nature, the villa offers an incredible sense of peace and tranquility. Starting the day with the chirping of birds and fresh air, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, was a real balm for the soul. The pool was an absolute hit! Spacious, clean and with enough deckchairs for everyone - ideal for morning refreshment or afternoon enjoyment under the sun. We especially liked that the pool was completely private, which allowed us to relax without any interference. The garden is a story in itself. Beautifully decorated, with plenty of greenery and colorful flowers, and a multitude of vegetables, it is a true work of art. Every corner of the garden exudes care and love, providing the perfect ambience for evening gatherings or simply enjoying the silence. The child loved to explore every corner! This villa is not just accommodation, but a unique experience.

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

Had a lovely stay at Jelena’s place. We’re two families with young children (one 3 yrs and two infants 6 months) and the apartment and it’s outdoors gave us everything we needed for the week! Great views over the mountains. We loved that we had the pool by our selves and many sitting areas in shade in the garden. There were always somewhere we could sit outside depending on the wheather. Close to supermarket, beaches, Omiš town etc when we wanted to do something. Jelena was very kind, helpful and gave our stay the extra touch! Would have loved to stay another week. Truly recommend!

This place is absolutely amazing. We loved every second of staying here. Very secluded, if you decided you didn’t want to see ANYONE for a few days this is the place to go. The walk to the private beach is not easy (so be cautious) but definitely worth it. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed for cooking! The outside grill was awesome, we probably used it every night for dinner. SO BEAUTIFUL.. even better than the pictures!! 100% recommend to anyone who wants to experience Croatia in its raw form.

This is a very nice apartment! Just a 15-minute walk to the Old Town and close to grocery stores. The apartment is clean, has everything you need to cook your own meals, and is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Everything was great!

Josips place was great! The apartment was safe and comfortable. The terrace with the hot tub was great for evenings relaxing and taking in the views. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

small but nice! The location is wonderful - right in the city but quiet. There is everything you need and it was super clean and tidy. I've never been to such a well-equipped Airbnb! Comfortable bed, air conditioning available, a place outside for breakfast. Great recommendation!

Fantastic accommodation, would highly recommend to stay here! Iris was flexible with check-in, there were some suggestions with local restaurants which were quite helpful. We loved our stay here.

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment 2 mins walk to the most beautiful beach & same to the harbour ... A lovely apartment spacious for 2 with all u need and a comfortable bed ..There is a hotel built in front but still has a seaview with a beautiful sunset every evening. When we got off the ferry there was no taxi and a long wait for the bus without even asking Vinko offered to pick us up. We had a late flight so he allowed us to change in his home and store our luggage so we could spend the last day enjoying Postira ..On request he organised a taxi at a good price to take us back to the ferry . We will definitely be back Vinko u are a gentleman:))

location location location. a 15 min walk and ur in old town and a 10 min walk ur at the Pokonji dollar Beach. modern design and furnishings. very comfortable and welcoming. the host was wonderful. Definitely recommend.

Luxurious retreats with real class that don't just promise relaxation, but make it possible. Everything seems well thought-out, very well maintained and carried by soothing tranquility. And Ana and Josip? Hosts from another world – warm, mindful, sensitive and dignified. Your peka, the freshly caught fish, the fine potato salad, your homemade wine - all gifts that touched us very deeply. Our little dogs were also welcomed with open hearts. The villa was on an amazing location with beautiful nature nearby. The villa stands on a steep hill but it is definitly worth it. The host was really nice and helped on multiple occasions when we needed help. The villa itself is very spacious and very nice to stay in. Overall we were totally satisfied with this amazing stay :)

The house was beautiful and spacious with a nice pool in the garden.The host explained us everything and even brought us an homemade tiramisu on our second to final day! Overall it was a great experience and I'd recommend everyone who's looking to visit Split or the region to keep this Villa in mind! Couldn’t ask for better hosts, the most hospitable and lovely people.

We are delighted with the accommodation! Fully equipped accommodation to the smallest detail, even a tablet for the dishwasher. We were greeted with a gift from the house (drinks, fruit,…). The host offered to wait for us at the agreed place to make it easier for us to find the house. We had the opportunity to check in early. Everything was clean and the host briefed us and gave us tips on local attractions. We'll be back!

Even though the way to the accommodation was a bit adventurous, it was worth it for the view and the tranquility. We made nice memories in the accommodation and would recommend it to anyone.

We loved our stay at this property. The location was fantastic, in a small village a short drive from the larger town of Omis. The villa itself was beautiful, and wonderfully clean. The outside amenities including the pool and the spa were so lovely after a day's exploring. Marin met us on arrival, and showed us around the property which was very helpful and welcoming. The area was stunning, with so much variety and lots to see and do. We particularly enjoyed our Zipline experience in Omis, and horse riding at Scuderia Montana in nearby Dubrava. All in all, a fantastic stay, thank you!

We had an amazing stay! The house was even better in reality than what you see in the pictures. Marija and Dominika responded very quickly whenever we needed something. Hoping to come back soon again!
