We loved this house! Rick was very responsive to all messages. The check-in process was extremely easy. The house was perfect! Plenty of space for 6 adults to be comfortable. The back yard is very peaceful and inviting. The hot tub was a nice way to wind down each day. There were plenty of towels, plates, cups, etc. the location of the house was great. A short drive to wherever you needed to go. The basement bedrooms are very nice for those that like super quiet/dark for sleeping. Washer and dryer was handy too and worked great. No complaints on this property. Will book with Rick again if we are back in the area!

The place was perfect for my family to gather and have a nice staycation while we were in town for a wedding. Had absolutely everything we needed and more. If we ever find ourselves back in the Spokane Valley, we will book again for sure.

We had an excellent stay here. My toddler son loved the pool, the toys, and the park down the street. The house was well stocked and clean, and I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area.

Absolutely everything we needed and more! We had a party of 19 stay at Kayloni's for a wedding weekend. Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and more, everyone commented on how wonderful everything was. The kitchen was truly the heart of the home, but we also spent time around the pristine pool, the wonderful hot tub and playing on the shuffle board table. The front living room provided a quiet space to read and relax. All of the bedrooms had ample storage as did the bathrooms. We had everything we could want for making meals - large fridge and gas range, plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, plates, cups and gadgets! The 2nd kitchen was super handy for extra appliances as well as storage. The outdoor grill was super for burger night! Kayloni was super responsive to any questions we had as well as provided information on local attractions and restaurants. She truly is a SUPERHOST! Would highly recommend for any large gatherings where you want to relax and enjoy time together!

The location is magical. Such a wonderful blend of nature and home. The house is easy to navigate, has access to shopping (just a few minutes away) but feels peacefully remote.

Great location for our family gathering! The pool was awesome! Had a little trouble with the upstairs a/c and the pickleball net was pretty run down but there was a great amount of towels and pool towels provided. The basketball court and the light on the court for the evening was fantastic! Host was very kind and responsive. We would absolutely stay again.

We had a great stay at this location... Our family got together to celebrate our new graduate. The space and amenities made us feel right at home and allowed us to spend time together in a comfortable space, it really added to our visit.

Beautiful home and property! Fresh cut flowers were in the home and on the porch, and a box of cookies waited for us on the kitchen counter. Willie was very proactive in making sure we had everything we needed.

Perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway. Just steps away from the private dock, I spent a lazy Saturday reading in an Adirondack chair watching boats buzz around the lake fishing and tubing. The view from the hot tub and deck was awesome! A 2 minute walk to Ember’s pizza for takeout or grab a beer on the patio while you wait for a table. Thanks!!

Beautiful view from balcony, spacious throughout, quality workmanship in all aspects of the apartment, lovely decor, accommodating touches for children. The only drawback for us was that the stairs to the apartment are rather steep and narrow.

Eliza is a great host, response times were often 5 minutes or less. The house has a lot of character, an older home with a distinct personality. I thought it was a little bigger than it looked in the photos. We had 8 people here and did not feel like we were tripping over each other. We enjoyed the front porch and also the back patio, the outdoor spaces were comfortable. It is only a short drive to downtown and yet the street was pretty quiet. The stairs leading to the basement (where there are 2 bedrooms) are narrow and may be difficult for the mobility impaired. Really, mostly pluses and not a lot of minuses. And any problems (minor) were adressed quickly.

I stayed here for one night as part of a cross country trip and Mike's place was perfect for the occasion. The listing is in a very peaceful neighborhood and exactly as described. I had everything I needed at this listing. Mike himself was very responsive. I would highly recommend Mike's place!

I was in town for work for three nights and Bethany’s place was perfect for me after long days of travel and work. Exactly as described, clean as a whistle and so comfortable. Convenient location for me and great restaurants right on the same block. The neighborhood is beautiful as well. I would definitely recommend staying here. Pam’s place was excellent! The unit is super spacious and very comfortable. Great location and chill neighborhood. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay and will return.

We rented the AirBnB for a girl’s weekend to see a play and explore Spokane. The place was convenient to downtown restaurants & theatre but set in a charming neighborhood that we felt safe in. The place looked brand new. It was exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious enough for us to relax. This was much better than staying in a hotel. I will definitely book here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, super comfortable, and had plenty of space, it truly felt like a home away from home. One of our guests is a smoker, and the host was very accommodating with the outdoor fireplace area, which we really appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, making it easy to cook meals. The decor throughout the home was lovely, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, everyone slept great. Just a heads-up the water gets extremely hot, and the master bathroom doesn't have a door since it's part of the bedroom layout, but that wasn't a big issue for us. All in all, a fantastic stay and we’d definitely come back!

What a gem! It’s really amazing to stay in a place where such a beautiful lake view just surrounds you! It’s new, and the design really does feel luxury. Jackie and her husband were great hosts and had plenty of local recs, including for dog-friendly places. Highly recommend!

We rented Marisa beautiful home to celebrate our oldest daughter's graduation from Eastern Washington University. Her house was perfect. my daughter loved it, we loved it and so did my in-laws. It's an easy drive to Spokane and to Cheney.

This was our 2nd time staying at Phil and Barb's place, and the experience was once again great! The house is very clean and comfortable and has everything we needed for our extended stays. It's only about a 3 minute drive to Spokane Health and Rehabilitation, the VA Hospital, and Joe Albi Sports Complex. If the need arises to stay in Spokane in the future, this is the first place I'll check!
