Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Spring Hill

Second time staying at this space. Usually in for two weeks on a business trip. Well-appointed, very walkable, good sized space, comfy and plenty of room and furniture to settle in. Nice to have extra bath, overall will stay again when back in town. Recommend.

This property was truly delightful. The beds were incredibly comfortable with beautiful linen and it was very clear how house proud the host is. There wasn’t anywhere for us to hang our clothes or unpack our suitcases in the main bedroom or twin room but we were only there for 2 nights. The bathroom was clean & modern with shampoo, conditioner & shower gel provided. Parking was easy and we were a quick 5-10 minute walk to Fortitude Valley Station. We’d definitely recommend.

Kelli’s place was a lovely place to stay. It’s very well appointed, lots of room and super clean. We were very sad we didn’t have time to enjoy the amazing bath, but still enjoyed the fluffy robes she provided.

Fantastic location. Very free of clutter. Photos and description didn't accurately describe that upstairs only had half a wall - open plan, could look down very easily and kids could have misadventures. Bit of dust, no big issue at all. Clean. Shampoo etc hidden in mirror cabinet. Left over coffee etc from other patrons in cupboards.

Phil was always fast to respond, and the house is beautiful. It was clean and in a terrific spot. Phil left a great guide too about the area and the house. Would love to stay again.

Lovely private cottage, has all amenities, and extremely affordable for everything that is included.

What a great place to stay, close to the city and Southbank, had coffee down the road, the house was everything described and our family felt at home. This will be our go to stay for Torian going forward.

We liked Sandra’s place on a previous holiday so very pleased it was available for this trip. Comfortable beds, clean and everything is there that you need. The location is perfect for going into the city, Suncorp Stadium and great cafes and restaurants. Public transport is fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay at Lisa’s. Probably the biggest bargain in Brisbane.

Tye's place is in the perfect spot to attend events at the showgrounds, we were a 3 minute walk to gate 5 which was wonderful for our 4 day visit to the Caravan & Camping show. This is also a fantastic spot to attend the RBWH for appointments or visiting family & friends as the walk to the main entrance is less than 5 mins. There is a great cafe if you turn left out of the reception entrance & turn left again. Also a fantastic Vietnamese cafe if you head out of the other entrance & turn right. IGA is 850m away & if you want a bit of a walk to Woolworths it is about 1.1km. Also a gorgeous park across the road to picnic in too. In other words this is a great central location to stay in. Being in the heart of the city, it is not quiet, when the balcony doors are open you can hear traffic, when the doors are shut the soundproofing is great, you will hear sirens going in & out of the hospital, however this is city life & to be expected. A few small issues were addressed promptly.

Convenient place with an indoor parking space. Host was responsive to enquiries! All equipment listed are included. Highly recommended!!

Chris’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was clean and comfortable for our needs, and within walking distance to the places we wanted to visit. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool in the afternoon sun. Thanks Chris.

I love when an AirBnB feels really homey, with cute and quirky touches like a real home. This was one of those finds. Lots of AirBnB’s these days are a bit soulless and feel like a cash grab, this place doesn’t feel like that. It’s charming. Location is good for getting around and little shopping complex across the road is handy. Pretty quiet considering near a busy road. Beds comfy. I’d stay again.

This is our second time visiting Natalie’s Airbnb cos it’s so cozy, quiet and convenient to everything in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD. We also find the bed to be super comfortable and to our liking. The unit is safe, secure and caters for everything you will ever need for a short or long term stay. Natalie is a super responsive and caring host. Thank you for letting us stay and we will 💯 be back again and again!!

Selina’s place is a great central location! Walking distance to Albert Street shops and Queen Street mall, great restaurants, and a park across the road. Easy walk to the central bus station, easy to catch a bus to Suncorp Stadium etc. Selina’s place was well equipped with everything you could need for a stay! She greeted us on check in and showed us around which we really appreciated! The pool is a bonus, with great views to the Brisbane river! Would highly recommend :)

Lovely place to stay in a fabulous complex. The apartment was a great open space with all the facilities and equipment you could ask for. Communication with the hosts was always rapid and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Very clean and presentable apartment. Great location and easy walk to restaurants, Brisbane Exhibition & Convention Centre, rail station (South Brisbane). Yet still quiet Benny is a responsive communicator and provided very clear instruction on how to access the apartment.

This was our 4th visit to Alan's lovely house. We had another very pleasant stay. With front and back verandahs, there is always a pleasant spot to sit with a coffee or dine with friends. Easy access to buses, shops and cafes, means very little driving is required. We will come again
