Holiday rentals with breakfast in Springs

We had an absolutely lovely stay with Chris, Joey and their sweetest dogs, Dino and Dash. We were looking to escape for the weekend and have some quiet time with access to pool and the place had it all. Chris + Joey were communicative throughout the process, got the pool heated for us when we wanted to use it and we were welcome to use the shared areas for relaxing and cooking. The morning coffee + bread was awesome. We also had a great time chatting with them during our stay. Overall, a very fulfilling experience and we'd be back in a heartbeat. I highly recommend staying here, even if it's for a weekend.

Loved staying at Rita’s for the amazing view and huge bathtub!! Rita was also very nice and let us use her kayaks on the private beach!

Sabrina was an amazing host! She was very responsive and proactive when helping me and my friends locate the Airbnb, and was always available in the event we had any questions. Her place was lovely and walkable for the wedding we attended. Thank you again Sabrina for trusting us with your space!

A dear friend and I spent two nights at Anna's home. We had booked separate rooms and had a shared bathroom for the two of us (in a private space). We found the accommodations very comfortable, clean, quiet and pleasant. Anna's mother, Regina, left us breakfast each morning that was much appreciated! The neighborhood is woodsy and residential. Very safe for a nice stroll which I did each day. A wonderful respite from Manhattan! We also availed ourselves of many cultural offerings nearby including the stunning and not to be missed LongHouse Reserve & Sculpture Garden to the Pollock-Krasner home and studio and Guild Hall Museum & Performing Arts Center. There are plenty of good and interesting places to eat that are nearby, too.

We had a lovely stay! Truly a home away from home. Doreen had great recommendations and made us feel so welcome. Bathroom items like the shower steamer scents were AMAZING. Her and her husband are so kind. Thank you :)

We really enjoyed staying in the barn room at the Candle Lite Inn on Shelter Island. The room was small but well appointed. It was perfect for a long weekend. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast facilities was really nice and well provided for. The inn was really well located for cycling and all the lovely beaches on Shelter Island. It reminded us of a European BnB, simple but comfortable.

Mary Ann’s home is a beautiful gem in the right spot. Perfect for birding, a short walk to the beach, or a quick drive to the wineries. Mary Ann was respectful of our privacy, was great at communicating, & always kept us in the loop. She is the ideal hostess & I would definitely recommend her place. We had a fantastic time.

I love Adriana’s place. It felt like to be at home. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Definitely, I will come back to my next visit to the Hamptons.

What a perfect spot in Shelter Island! Beth and team were amazing - we were visiting one night for a wedding on the island and the ceremony was at 2 PM the day we were arriving. I messaged Beth and she was extremely helpful with providing early check in to ensure we could get ready prior to the event! The actual B&B is beautiful - fantastic design, super clean, cool art and the backyard area with the pool is so dreamy. There is even a little workout area near the pool with a Peloton and a Lululemon mirror. Its a short drive from the North ferry, lots of restaurants and cafes and only a short walk to the beautiful Crescent beach. It is such a serene setting and I truly feel like I am on vacation.The room was beautiful and the bed was comfy, I am OBSESSED with the hand soap and have to find it for myself because it smells SO GOOD! I would 100000% recommend staying here and I will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at Jayne's home. She is a very friendly and accommodating host who makes you feel at home. We got a lot of helpful local tips and even got to meet some of her friends one evening. The house packs a lot of history and is an aesthetic work of art, curation and dedication. The garden is equally picturesque and perfect for breakfast and relaxing. We felt the amenities were great too. Fresh breakfast (and a pie!) served in the morning, BBQ grill and firepit for a relaxing night to stay in, and bicycles for exploring the town and beaches all made our stay very convenient and seamless. Thanks!

Years ago I bought a charming house on a pond with the intention of converting it into a B&B, where guests could unwind, feel pampered and well fed - as if they were staying at a friend’s home instead of an inn. Unfortunately it never materialized, but Head of Pond House is the absolute embodiment of my unrequited dream, and then some. Everything about It was perfect, and I don’t say that lightly. Monika’s home is beautiful - pristine, immaculate and tastefully curated down to the tiniest detail for the comfort and delight of her guests. She and her daughter Pauline are gracious, fascinating and engaging hosts, with a deep knowledge of the East End. They offered fabulous suggestions for shops, restaurants and gardens they thought I might like, and were spot on - although I might have been equally happy staying onsite, in my amazing suite overlooking the pond. I can’t wait to return and share it with my family. Obrigada, lindas mulheres!

Absolutely loved staying at the Oceanview Terrace this Easter weekend! Adriana and Yanni were fabulous, very friendly and responsive. The location was great, loved the cottage I was on, overlooking the Shinnecock Bay. Minutes outside of Southampton and other great local restaurants and shops. Very clean and I slept like a baby in the beautiful King bed with fresh linens with the best pillows lol!! I will definitely be back and recommend to all my friends & families.

Monika was a great host - really responsive and proactive giving clear directions and offering lots of local knowledge and tips for our stay. We stayed in the cottage which was quaint and so quiet. The location is beautiful. The weather was not great, but the house was cosy and comfortable. It is well located near restaurants in Southhampton and Bridgehampton and other attractions. Nothing is far. Would highly recommend.

What an amazing stay and such fabulous hosts! The home has so much charm and character with exquisite detail and high end amenities. Mark and Johnny went above and beyond to make our stay incredible! When I left, I felt like I was leaving my family! I can't wait to return!
