You can completely unwind in peace and quiet, enjoy the beautiful view of the fjord while the fire warms you. You have your own bathing bridge, the forest in your backyard, good sandy bottom and fine bathing conditions. The area is peaceful, with a very rich wildlife. Borrow our rowboat for a sailing trip, or if you want to go fishing in the fjord. Shopping opportunities can be found in Nakskov, so borrow our bikes and take the pleasant trip there through the forest.

Cottage in the first row, sauna and private beach

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Castle idyll

Half-timbered house from the 1700s in the middle of the old town of Nyborg. The house has been restored with respect for the preservation value, and it's like stepping into an H. C. Andersen adventure with modern facilities available. There are views of the moat, the library and the top of the castle from the living room windows, and in the courtyard you can relax under the shade of the cherry trees. On the same street is Nyborg Museum and Apoli Bistro, and in the square the children can dip their feet in the local fountain.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Gæstehuset er med eget badeværelse og køkken. Der er egen indgang og parkering. Passer godt til en overnatning eller to, når man er på farten. Ikke et sommerhus. Lejer kan tjekke ind uden vært. The home is decorated in an old forge with charming details. It is located in a small town with good shopping opportunities within a few hundred meters. From the garden, there is a beautiful view of the open field towards a nearby manor house. Odense, Svendborg, Nyborg and Kerteminde are all less than half an hour's drive away. The place is ideal as a starting point for cycling in the area with a short distance to the forest and beach.
