If you are looking for a romantic stay, or a very special experience with the family, this is the place. You can completely unwind in peace and quiet, enjoy the beautiful view of the fjord while the fire warms you. You have your own bathing bridge, the forest in your backyard, good sandy bottom and fine bathing conditions. The area is peaceful, with a very rich wildlife. Borrow our rowboat for a sailing trip, or if you want to go fishing in the fjord. Shopping opportunities can be found in Nakskov, so borrow our bikes and take the pleasant trip there through the forest.

Cottage in the first row, sauna and private beach

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Modern beach house built in 2021 only 25 meters from the waterfront with wonderful panoramic views of Kattegat. Complete kitchen and modern furnishings. Free parking in front of the house. Hasmark has a child-friendly beach and is 10 minutes from the scenic Enebærodde. Nearby there are many activities: playground, water park, mini golf. Pets and smoking are not allowed. REMEMBER TO BRING: (can also be rented by arrangement): Bed linen + Sheets + Bath towels PRICES: - Electricity per kWh (0.5 EUR) - Water per m3 (10 EUR)

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Gæstehuset er med eget badeværelse og køkken. Der er egen indgang og parkering. Passer godt til en overnatning eller to, når man er på farten. Ikke et sommerhus. Lejer kan tjekke ind uden vært. Jeg hilser ikke på som vært, medmindre det ønskes af lejer. 4 sengepladser Dobbeltseng: 180x200 2 senge: 120x200 Rengøring, sengetøj og håndklæder er inkluderet. The home is decorated in an old forge with charming details. It is located in a small town with good shopping opportunities within a few hundred meters. From the garden, there is a beautiful view of the open field towards a nearby manor house. Odense, Svendborg, Nyborg and Kerteminde are all less than half an hour's drive away. The place is ideal as a starting point for cycling in the area with a short distance to the forest and beach.
