New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Modern beach house built in 2021 only 25 meters from the waterfront with wonderful panoramic views of Kattegat. Complete kitchen and modern furnishings. Free parking in front of the house. Hasmark has a child-friendly beach and is 10 minutes from the scenic Enebærodde. Nearby there are many activities: playground, water park, mini golf. Pets and smoking are not allowed. This sublime cottage is created for you, who will experience luxury and tranquility in full harmony. The cottage was completely renovated in the summer of 2023. There are windows from floor to ceiling, so there will always be a good light. Summer evenings on the covered terrace are a must. The cottage contains exclusive furniture from the Swan Kitchen.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Relax in this cozy cottage, where you'll find a large sun room, living room, kitchen, bathroom as well as 1 bedroom and 1 sofa bed. It's only 100 meters to the water, a fantastic outdoor area, parking right by the house and a charger for an electric car. The price includes sheets, bed linen, towels, tea towels and cloths. The house has air conditioning, TV with built-in Chromecast, and super fast WiFi. The house is fenced all the way around, if you bring your four-legged friend.

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

The Old Smithy. Ørbæk

The home is decorated in an old forge with charming details. It is located in a small town with good shopping opportunities within a few hundred meters. From the garden, there is a beautiful view of the open field towards a nearby manor house. Odense, Svendborg, Nyborg and Kerteminde are all less than half an hour's drive away. The place is ideal as a starting point for cycling in the area with a short distance to the forest and beach.

Den tætliggende strand/badebro giver anledning til krabbe fiskeri og gåture langs vandet og de sene sommeraftener kan nydes under den overdækkede terrasse, hvor man kan nyde vandet og kig til Storebælt.
