Lillian’s Blackberry Cabin is a restored retreat with a story in every detail. Started by my free-spirited, hippie mom in the early 1980s, it sat unfinished for decades. In 2020, we brought it back to life with a renovation, honoring its roots while adding comfort. Today, it’s a peaceful escape to slow down, walk quiet dirt roads, and take in sunset views from the deck. Featured in 417 Magazine, it’s a one-of-a-kind place to unplug and reconnect. About 15 miles SW of Ava on Hwy 76 in Goodhope.

Welcome to the Grainery! This is a uniquely built grain bin for four, tucked in the edge of the forest in the Ozark Hills. Bring along your smores and enjoy roasting them over a beautiful wood fire and count the stars as you relax in a soothing spa. Need more space, bring an RV with full hook up available for an extra $50 a night. We hope you have a peaceful and enjoyable stay in God’s creation. Norfork Lake is only minutes away and Bull Shoals Lake is 45 minutes. The cabin is set back off a quiet county road and is surrounded by large oak trees. Wildlife is often visible from the comfort of the wrap around porch. The interior is bright and airy featuring hardwood floors, exposed beams, and vaulted ceilings.

Come enjoy stunning views, sunrises and sunsets, fresh country air, starlit skies, and of course, cows. All from your porch. The house has been recently repainted, a soaking tub added, and the gas fireplace upgraded. The kitchen is fully furnished and a propane grill provided. Park your vehicle in the shop beside the house. Live the simple life!

A short stroll through the woods and you are on the shores of beautiful, unspoiled Bull Shoals Lake. Pontiac Marina is a short 10-minute drive, with boat launching and boat rentals available. When you need a getaway, with quiet woods, fishing, hiking, and relaxing, this is the place for you!

The Ozark Hideaway is on 90 wooded acres 8 mi from Gainesville, MO (home of Hootin-n-Hollerin) in Ozark County on a well-maintained gravel road. Wildlife abounds as you hike the marked trails or warm by the fire pit. The cozy living room offers a gas fireplace. Sleeping space includes a queen bed in the beautifully furnished bedroom, a couch in the living room, and a twin bed in the loft. There is a fully-equipped kitchen. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower & washer/dryer.

Gardner Wildlife Getaway, Wasola Missouri

The fully furnished log cabin will sleep 5 to 6 adults comfortably with one queen and three twin beds. Additional amenities include: full refrigerator, new stove, microwave, coffee pot, washer/dryer and small TV. There is a full bathroom downstairs with shower and bath tub. The cabin is on a working ranch surrounded by woods and pastures with food plots and wildlife ponds. It is a great place for 4-wheeling. We are very near 2 rivers which are great for kayaking.
