The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The home is in a quiet subdivision on a large double lot facing a dead end street. The home is a 1/2 mile from Ozark Medical Center while City water park, shopping, dining, Country Club, MSU and historic downtown West Plains are all within a short distance. There is easy access to and from the main highway without the noise. The house is spacious with lots of room to stretch out, both inside and outside.

Need more space, bring an RV with full hook up available for an extra $50 a night. We hope you have a peaceful and enjoyable stay in God’s creation. Secluded in the woods of the Ozarks this home has a gated coded entry gate. The space has 3 queen beds and 1 single. Your own deck with chairs and tables. You will have Access to our 2 pavilions, 1 off the basement of the main house and 1 at the creek park. Surrounded by a mountain of trees and has a year round clear creek that flows through the property with picnic tables, bathrooms, showers, swings, fire pit and outdoor mini kitchen. Both pavilions have large picnic tables with grills.

Come enjoy stunning views, sunrises and sunsets, fresh country air, starlit skies, and of course, cows. All from your porch. The house has been recently repainted, a soaking tub added, and the gas fireplace upgraded. The kitchen is fully furnished and a propane grill provided. Park your vehicle in the shop beside the house. Live the simple life!

We are also a pet friendly farm. The rear yard is fenced for the safety of your loved ones. There is a $10 per day per pet fee, which is due upon arrival.
