Appts lay in the very quiet area despite in the heart beat of the old town.Of great importance to say no steps to climb,appts are just on the first floor,not tiredness and fatigue in hot very sunny summer days. There are only few terraces like this: Dubrovnik's Old Town in front of you and the clear Adriatic Sea behind it. The apartment is situated at the top of the house, it is perfectly romantic for the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. We offer accommodation which consists of one apartment, 50 m2 large (suitable for 2+2) with an amazing sea and Old Town view. It has 1 bedroom ( double bed), living room ( couch - made into 1 double bed), kitchen, bathroom, and 2 balconies. Apartment is situated above the historical center of Dubrovnik in the residential area called Ploce, only 300 m walk from the entrance of the Old Town and approximately 5 minutes by foot from the most famous beach in Dubrovnik called "Banje"-pebble beach with a great cocktail bar, restaurant, water sports and a nightclub. Our house offers a splendid panoramic view of the Old Town, Lokrum island and the open Adriatic sea with the most beautiful sunset ever. The apartment is fully equipped, furnished with a balcony with sea and old town view. Air conditioner, TV, wireless internet, garage parking are included in price. We are always happy to assist our guests with their needs. All guests can use the whole apartment for themselves, its two balconies and the private garage. I would be happy to provide any information and help! The apartment is situated in Ploce district offering amazing Old Town and sea view. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and perfect for morning running or for night walks. Old Town is just few minutes walking distance, as well as the closest beach and many restaurants. Great apartment —clean, full of historic charm and character, yet modern and comfortable. It’s compact, like many places in Old Town, so don’t expect a lot of space. The directions provided were super helpful and made finding our way through Old Town much easier. The location is unbeatable—just an alley away from the iconic “Steps of Shame,” close to Banje Beach, and somehow still peaceful and quiet. WiFi initially wasn’t working and the host rectified the issue quickly and successfully. Old Town Dubrovnik is absolutely magical—medieval buildings that feel straight out of Game of Thrones. We loved every moment and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely stay in this Airbnb. Exactly as shown in the photos with plenty of amenities provided - extra towels and toiletries. Also it was very clean. The location is close enough to old town in an Uber or taxi (roughly a 5 minute drive). I would highly recommend and would love to return again!

We really had a lovely stay here. It is just 10-15 mins walk to the old town, however the hike going back to the place is a little bit tiring because of the stairs. But it is just common in Dubrovnik to hike some stairs😁. And they offer also a transportation from and to the airport, which I find convenient given our flight was 6am and had to be at the airport at 4am. I highly recommend this place when visiting Dubrovnik. 😎
